Normally I’m not one to write a bad review and more so at a place I frequent. That being said bad form Pizza Hut I ordered a pizza this evening for delivery I get it’s Saturday night but when it was going on over 2 hours and I could not get thru to Pizza Hut or there “service answering people” I decide to drive up their being that I’m not super far away the entire place looked like
It was closed I went in to the drive thru went over the bell nothing. Beeped my horn nothing I saw 3 people in there trying to hide. Then I went back around and saw some girl standing at the window again went over the bell nothing beeped the horn finally she open the window told her about my order proceeded to tell me a big story about her driver having to go to hospital and she girl at window felt so bad for all the of the delivery ppl that placed orders . “ now me sitting here at first going ok n she keeps going on and on I said stop what can we do to fix this issue she still talking about her driver I said ok give me a refund not once did she offer to make a pizza and have me wait this is all going on as 3 ppl r behind me in the drive thru line she then closes the window and calls someone on her cell while im sitting here yet again about 4-5 minutes after she opens windows w a scribbled note on recipt oh and need to say the “ answering service people also told me the ap was down so my
Order was like frozen too paper telling me to call tomorrow and speak w Leroy for my refund

My wife ordered food for us and drove to pick it up, and one of our items was not there. Upon calling they told her to come pick it up. Make sure you check what you order to make sure you are not getting treated unfairly or paying for missing items!

This is by far the best Pizza Hut that I have ordered from. The pizza is crispy but soft, the wings are meaty and tasty. I order from here 1-2 times a month since I’ve moved out here.

This is the second time we have ordered pizzas and they are not done. Nothing but dough and toppings. We tried to have it delivered but was going to be an hour wait so we went and picked it up. Now my husband is heading back up there to exchange hoping we get done pizza. And it’s already almost 8 pm

I can’t believe I spent so much money for a special occasion and this is the quality of pizza I got. Very disappointed. It was burnt and there were almost no toppings. I didn’t have time to call and get a new one made. The cooks need to understand that ordering food is expensive and we deserve an edible product!
Edit: Friday, Mar. 10 at 5pm Ordered a dinner box with a beef and cheese, and a cheese. Both were burnt and the beef was like little crunch balls.

Stunning pan pizza ordered from here a few nights ago. Tim (I think) took my phone order and had it ready exactly when he promised. I told him I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in years – no pressure – and I hoped it was as good as I recalled. IT. WAS. BETTER. See photo, you’ll want to lick the screen. ;0

Driving home from Chicago, couldn’t do online order. So called , got a call center. Why ?? Was told I was wrong about what I read online. Then was transferred. Why couldn’t I just call the store I wanted ? Guy at store told me they couldn’t homer online prices. So I was punished for not playing on phone when driving. Picked a few melt things. 15.99. Got home to the below picture. Also had to warm it up since it was cold. Called , to speak frustration. Call center again. Transferred …again. Spoke to the lady on phone, claimed she made them fresh. Spoke of staffing issues then hung up on me. What an unprofessional, underwhelming, over paid experience.
