Skimping on dough and toppings to cut costs. Barely 1cm of crust, sauce, and cheese at the thickest part of the pizza. If this is the “hand tossed”, then I can’t imagine what the thin crust is like. The flavor is good, but I kind of expected a little more pizza for my $15.

Listen, the food is the BOMB yet recently I ordered a “BIG New Yorker” pizza that seemed like it was “old.” I called, explained the concern and they IMMEDIATELY got me together! Replaced my pizza with a fresh one that looked COMPLETELY different than the first one! It was fresh, cheese was melted, etc! HUGE SHOUT-OUT to the Mgr. Delilah (sp) and her Team for making me whole! Ordered 12 piece wing and two garlic cheesy bread. I received six fresh wings and six old wings. My cheesy bread didn’t have enough cheese on it so it made it completely burnt not even enough garlic or anything. Spoke with manager Twila.

Ordered about 30$ worth of food, including pan pizzas and pasta. I got literally a single layer of burnt pasta in the pan and 2 pepperonis on on of the pan pizzas. If they think this is acceptable, I would definitely not recommend going to this location at all.

Absolute trash quality and service. They will send you a notification your food was delivered, even when it wasn’t. After you call them, they’ll tell you it’s on the way and give you a location 2-3 minutes away and 20-25 minutes later you still won’t have your food. When you do get your order it’ll be cold and rock hard. Total time was 1 minute shy of an hour to get a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. On par with West Akron quality I suppose.
