Literally saw somebody making a pizza with their bare hands and chewing at the same time while working on the line. As someone who used to work in food services in my late teens, an early 20s that is a carnal sin. The service was great, but my pizza was also lacking the proper amount of cheese in the crust. Pizza Hut is too expensive these days for people to be messing up anything on anyone’s order. You people need to learn how to read your ticket.

We were really disappointed with the amount of the outer crust that was lacking sauce and pepperoni. I’m sorry I didn’t take a photo to show that at least 2″ from the outside edge of the pizza inward was just plain crust. I know some people like plain crust but this was way too much. I also picked up my daughter’s order along with ours and their sauce and pepperoni was almost to the edge of their pizzas. They got the Pan pizzas so maybe you spread the sauce more to the edge on that style. Too bad I didn’t know that when I placed my order. 🙁

I would give 0 for service to this Pizza Hut just today. I called today to place an order and who ever answered the phone hang up on me because her system is Dow. That is absolutely rude and disrespectful. We are regular customer at this are and we always order here me and my husband, but today will be our last time to go to Pizza Hut at all. If u want customers, at least provide a decent customer service. If u don’t have that, find another place to work at.
