Update! August 18th 2025…Mr J is the man. His smile and finish line approach is what this location needs! The food was super hot and fresh and there was no lagging in all the staff’s steps. Clockwork at Jacks! Keep it up! …Previously in 2024…The wonderful employee, Angela Edwards and her co-workers are the reason this location gets FIVE STARS. Let me start by saying All Jacks should be getting a 5-Star review…when the conditions are right. They have the best chicken in town, the biscuits melt in your mouth, and who doesn’t love crinkle cut fries with seasoned salt…Did I mention the 3 patty cheese burger! This location has been getting a lot of bad reviews due to the customer service. It looks like things are turning the corner for the better.. Again, a big thank you to Angela Edwards and her co-workers this past Saturday night. I like to eat half my biscuit and put a little bit of chicken in it for snack later when I go hunting in Hawkinsville. Just put it in your pocket for a great snack!

Staff always tries to be friendly and respectful. Food is usually hot and fresh. I believe they like all restaurants have issues with finding suitable staff. Over all I recommend Jacks in Hawkinsville. Gave Me A Free Big JACK !!!

I ordered 2 sausage biscuit sandwiches w/cheese small hash brown and large coke. Got to window paid for order and got my food when I got my card back. I said I’m missing hashbrowns. Lady said I didn’t hear that ordered and she can ring me up an order. I politely said no thanks. I pulled up and looked at my receipt and saw I was charged for them already.
What happened to quality control? What happened to being polite? She wasn’t rude but she had an I don’t care attitude.
