Normally, I would not complain but the entire experience was completely terrible. For starters, I paid for my order (including tip) with Apple Pay. Upon arrival, the delivery driver told me that I had a balance of $3.99. I immediately contacted the store to inform them that I paid in full with Apple Pay and I was informed that a portion of the drivers tip did not go through on the transaction even though the entire amount had been taken out of my bank account. I asked if I could pay over the phone the $3.99 so the driver could get his tip (mind you, the correct amount had been taken already). I was told by Tom that this was an impossibility and since I didn’t have cash to give the driver, the driver wasn’t going to receive a tip which really upset me because it’s not the drivers fault, nor my fault, that this was happening. Anyways, Tom had the driver leave and that was that. Halfway into eating my salad, I noticed there was a cockroach (see image) and immediately called the store. I spoke to Tom who seemed shocked and apologized. I sent the images of the cockroach in my salad via text message and email; I was offered store credit or a new salad which I politely declined because why would I ever eat there again? It’s very unacceptable that I was not allowed to receive a refund for my order and I am extremely disappointed with how everything unfolded. If you order from here, make sure you check your food thoroughly and know that if you get a cockroach in your food, you’ll have no option but to receive store credit that you’ll never use. I travel to Northeast Ohio regularly and will definitely be supporting other establishments that, not only treat their employees properly, but also make sure to hold themselves accountable.

Two times I have asked for light cheese extra sauce…this is my cheese that I peeled off the top ( at least 3 cups). I specifically asked the young girl working because last time they did the same. This light cheese in a ball ……I think the person thinks it is funny as this the second time I have 3 cups of cheese..when I ask for light cheese. Looked at the pizza before…the girl that took the order put her head down….as a spoke to a gentlemen there about how to get a light cheese pizza. He offered to make a new one, but it was late at night. I am sure it was very funny to her!

So had the grandkids and decided to get personal pan pizza because all kids like different things on their pizza so I called Pizza Hut the older lady that answered the phone also delivered the food got my order completely screwed up. First of all I ordered cheese sticks. I got cheesy bread that’s not what I ordered. I ordered the original bone in wings. I got boneless wings with buffalo sauce. It was just really bad and she was nice enough, but she was very Confused when I made my order so if you’re going to answer the phone at a restaurant to take orders, please know what you’re doing needless to say, I will either go in and order so face-to-face she can’t screw it up or I’ll just do dominoes

I did not feel like cooking so I ordered pizza and salad I picked up my food got home ate some of the pizza went to get the salad and it was messed up I called and spoke to Alex who made it right away no questions asked the next salad looked so much better and nicer

Made my pizza wrong so they just threw two pieces of pepperoni on each slice and put it back in the oven, which in turn, they overcooked it. It’s burnt, it’s gross, it’s disgusting. Shame on Pizza Hut.i (tried) to post some pics of our hand tossed pepperoni and what they did to the wrong thin n crispy.

The pizza was ok. Typical pizza hut pizza. But the cheesy bread and wings I ordered, TRASH. I threw them right away. The cheesy bread just tasted off, just didn’t seem right, was kind of cold. The wings how ever, were the worst wings I have ever seen or been served. It looked like tyson chicken nuggets with what almost looked like fake Buffalo sauce. The sauce looked so disgusting, old and syrup like. It didn’t stick to any of the wings, and was just a big pool of grease and “sauce” in the bottom of the wing container. Will not be going back anytime soon

Delivered. Still warm upon arrival. Got Large Works, hand tossed, marinara sauce, minus mushrooms, plus pineapple. Very good. Also got Cinnabun mini-rolls. Good, but could have used more icing.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Literally every time we order from this Pizza Hut there are problems with the delivery. Either they bring us a completely different order or they don’t even show up and then when we call the store to get our food or money back they run us in circles. We gave them a final chance tonight because we had a credit from the last time they messed up and again they sent the food to the opposite side of the city. When we finally got our order the delivery guy was rude but I chalked that up to him having a bad night.
