My brother and I stopped in after the Thresher’s Reunion for dinner. We ordered a personal pan pizza each, a trip to the salad bar and I added a small order of bread sticks. Food was great, service was great but the atmosphere was not what we were hoping for.

Went to eat inside. We waited 5 minutes to be seated while the employees were talking in the back. There were only 3 or 4 other tables seated at the time, definitely not busy. We then told the waitress we were order off the app to get reward points. We’ve done this numerous times before with no issue. The drinks were brought to the table then the waitress had someone claiming to be the manager come to our table. She said we can’t eat inside the restaurant if we use the app, it was against policy. She was very rude when we told her we had done it before. I don’t know her name because she had no name tag or uniform on, regular street clothes. We cancelled our order, paid for the drink and went for Chinese food instead.

This pizza was terrible they did not get the toppings correct and they dough was gummy and raw not baked long enough. It was disgusting will never go back !!!

I am only giving it 1 star because I cant give 0. This was the worst experience I have had in a very long time. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and all came to the table cold. My daughter got pasta and the noodles were not cooked fully and came out Luke warm. We waited to see a waitress to send it back and she never came out of the kitchen to check on us, about 25 mins later she came out of the kitchen and never even looked at our table. So I said excuse me can I have the manager and when the manager came out of the kitchen we explained what happen and she just oh sorry, and never even tried to make up an excuse of why our waitress never came back to our table. The price of my husbands food that he didn’t even get to eat was taken off our bill. My husband had to leave hungry because she didn’t want to do her job and we were literally the only ones eating inside. I will never go back to this one and I will be telling everyone about the service we received.

I ordered chicken wings from pizza hut tonight and am pretty sure that I said boneless 16pc to be exact and got the traditional 6pc wing and the person working carry out was robert.. Could barely hear him thru the phone.. This is crazy
