Ordered on the app for in store pickup. After patiently waiting I was handed my order, but unfortunately it only contained one of the two items we had ordered. The employee then was rude and displeased with finding out the order was wrong. He made the second item and returned. We then confronted him about having on a small, less then hand full amount of chips that is now smash in the bottom of a bag with two stacks on top. He rolled his eyes and got another bag of chips. The stacks were not wrapped and a food tag piece of paper that has adhesive on the back was laid on top of both as seen from the picture. They also missed the side of queso on the order and when confronted about it the employee responded with “what do you want now”. Probably one of the rudest people have I encountered in a customer service position in a long time. Not only did he only give us a quarter of our order, he was extremely rude, bad at his job, unprofessional, and unsanitary. Honestly from a customer service and sanitary position we will probably not return to this location again and I would recommend others to be careful with this location.

2 employees at lunch. 7+ people in line my entire experience. ONLY protein options was chicken. Nothing else was prepared. To oder 1 item togo: 35 minutes. This is an embarrassment to any food service. Blame is on ownership and management (lack of).

I love Moe’s anywhere else, but be warned: don’t go to this location. The employees and franchisee should get their act together — this spot is giving Moe’s a bad name.

When we arrived, the place was smoky because the exhaust isn’t working properly. Kitchen was filthy and rags and mops were left laying around the dining area. The older cook lady was so stingy with the food servings I had to ask twice for her to give me a decent amount of vegetables. The chips were overcooked and way oversalted and they just shrugged it off like they didn’t care when I let them know. The people who work here have no joy or pride in what they do. Even the signage outside was flickering, like the place was dying. So sad.

We’ve been to this location maybe three times and it’s never been as good as other spots near by, but never as bad as this visit. The smell of the store was god awful, not sure if it was the people in the store, the food, or the trash but it smelled. One of the girls behind the counter was disrespectful and acted as if she’d rather be cleaning a shared litter box with her bare hands than be serving people. There was a guest that walked up and asked for more chips after checking her back and this staff member looked at her with such a nasty expression. We didn’t think to check our bag after our food was finally given to us (we ordered online), but after getting home and seeing these crumbs— we were beyond disappointed. Won’t go back to this location again, unfortunately.

I would not recommend eating at this Moe’s location.

This situation began on Tuesday, when I placed and paid for an online order, arrived to locked doors, no signage, and no employees visible. I had to go through the drive-thru just to be acknowledged and told the store was closed. I was told my refund would take 2–3 days.

I returned today (Thursday) after giving them time, and I still have not received my refund. When I attempted to speak with a manager, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She stated she “didn’t have time” to listen, claimed she was relaying information from the owner, refused to provide any documentation or proof that my refund was processed, and then changed the timeline to 5–7 days. The interaction escalated because of her attitude, which is unacceptable from management.

Beyond the refund issue, this location is poorly maintained. The bathrooms are filthy, with visible stains on the walls and trash cans, and the store does not appear clean or well-kept overall. The restaurant is never fully stocked, there are rarely any customers, and it’s clear that customer service is not a priority here.

For comparison, I placed the same type of order at the Moe’s location on Pleasant, and that location handled everything professionally and processed my refund immediately. I would recommend that location instead.

I would not give this store my money, and I suggest others think twice before doing so

I’ve come to like Moe’s food better than Chipotle or Qdoba since theyve introduced new sauces and ingredients over the years…however, this location that i frequent near carowinds(i come maybe a couple times a week)has gotten to become kindve subpar..they frequently run out of certain ingredients here .a few days they didnt have any corn or grilled vegatables,other days they fidnt have any lettuce,then recently theyve run out of adobo chicken(my favorite) and dont have any green crema sauce.and often dont have my favorite drink in the machine (moerita lime drink)..management should do a better job of keeping things stocked especially since Carowinds is closed now in the middle of the winter and its not half as busy as when its open..and while the costomer service has been good -to- decent 95% of the time ,occasionally you get that one person with a dry attitude like they don’t want to work here. but i guess that happens almost anywhere so i dont blame the eatablishment for a bad apple.. I’ll give it a 60 rating but if they can keep the products stocked up ill go up to an 80-85

Absolutely the worst and only bad experience I have ever had at any Moe’s. I had a similar experience today as most of the other people in their reviews. The restaurant was dark, dirty, and not stocked with silverware etc. The soda machine had only a couple options and the ones that were even available did
not taste right. They told me that they didn’t have the tortillas they need to make me the Stack entree that I wanted, although the guy ahead of me in line received one. The food that I did receive was bland, cold, and unappetizing. Today was the first time I have ever thrown away my food at a restaurant and left. I want a refund! Go to the other location in Ft.Mill for the proper Moe’s experience.

This is a terrible location, I visited at around 11:30 AM on a Saturday and they were out of most everything except the meats, the self serve sauce bar had only one ladle for what little bit of sauces were left in the pans, no tongs for the limes and lemons. The server was really nice, but the place is unkempt and a little on the trashy side, the tables looked unclean. The worst Moe’s franchise I have ever seen. Will never revisit this location. Very poor management.

Every time I go here, the food is fresh. The customer service is impeccable and you get your moneys worth. The only thing I will have to say that I don’t like is that they’re self serve so the machine is always out of Fanta and other Coke products leaving you to only have to get Gingerale or Coke.

This location is doomed and appears like it could close any day now.

A recent visit on a week night was super disappointint. Already from the outside things we’re looking grim: flickering signage backlight, orange cones at the drive-thru window and the front door was broken and flopping.

Upon entering, we were not greeted by “Welcome to Moe’s!”. The place was dirty & desperately in need of a refresh and a cleaning. Booths were looking rough too. I noticed two only employees working and the line was barely moving. Ended up leaving because the enployee making the burritos disappeared to argue with a DoorDash driver. None of the toppings on the serving line looked fresh.

This is the last time I will be frequenting this location. Things have gone from bad to worse here over the past year! Ended up going to CAVA at Rivergate a few miles away for a 10x better experience.
