So I ordered to large pizzas in DoorDash today. One of my pizzas was a pesto pizza. And pesto (and the garlic) never came. It was a cheese pizza even though I paid for the price of a fancy one.
What I would expect, since it’s no Doordash’s fault, would be that the place where I ordered would be aware they messed up. I paid more than 27 dollars for the pizza and got 7 back from Doordash. This is 25% of what I paid. Even sharing TMI, I’m pregnant and I was specifically craving for the pesto. So can you imagine my disappointment when all I got was a regular cheese pizza paying the price of a fancy one. Not to mention one of the toppings is garlic, it’s not chopped tomato but the cherry ones and this is what it came.
I would not recommend. If they do this everyday, to be honest, almost like in a chain of repeated steps and repeated orders, how can the basic like pesto and garlic (main ingredientes) can be missed?
Edit Feb-26: so I made the mistake of ordering again here. Asked for the SAME pizza and they managed to MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WITH THE PESTO. Shame on Pizza Hut.

She hasn’t given me any difficulty with replacing my missing food items the last 2 mess ups even with me being frustrated she was very empathetic. I just wanted to leave a Google review for her. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Women was rude who worked there. Barely put any topping in my pizza after I said I’d pay extra for it. She was absolutely rude. Ask her for a corporate number she told me to find it on google. Idk how people like that work with the public. I will keep going higher as much as I can bc this is unacceptable.

I placed my order online and was informed that it would be delivered within 35 minutes.I called after the 35 minutes (because the online tracker said it was still at the store) The guy who answered the phone said they were waiting on a driver. I called again about 10 to 15 minutes later and was told that they were still waiting on a driver so when I mentioned that my pizza would be cold they said it’s in the warmer. The guy who answered the phone said he would give me to the manager and then hung up on me. I called back again to speak to the manager was put on hold for over seven minutes again and was then hung up on as well. My pizza finally arrived an hour and a half after I placed the order and it’s freezing cold.

The workers are rude. I called because there was a problem with the website and it kept telling me to call when I tired to pay, but when I called they left me on hold for 17 minutes. Two different people answered the phone in the process both put me on hold for different reasons for multiple minutes at a time. Not like 5 minutes either wth?? STILL didn’t get to finish my order……

This store got one pizza right on my first order, the other the crystals wrong, but I can live with that, but they took a handful of seasoning and literally just threw it in a heap almost in the very middle of the pizza. That’s just lazy, slovenly work and made those two slices inedible.

Made an order last night for Pizza and traditional wings. Didn’t realize this is drive-thru only, the front doors are closed and the lights are off inside. Drive-thru guy was nice. The pizza was fine but I realized this location serves the pizza dough some other way thats not what I’ve come to expect from pizza hut’s food. The pizza I got was cooked all the way, but it didn’t have that crispiness or same flavor to it. Keep that in mind if you order from here. You’ll be getting an okay enough pizza for the price. The traditional wings were fine too no problems. The wing wednesday coupon on the website works here.

Service here is always slow but it’s the only one local, so we just always expect at least 15 minutes past the projected time. Staff and management don’t seem too concerned with messed up orders, lost orders, or the absurd wait times.
The food itself is consistently good.
However, on this last trip, we finally got home after an hour and they had given us the wrong pizza!! Management said I had to bring back the whole pizza and then they would make the one we ordered. So we ended up with a totally non-equivalent pizza. That’s just ludicrous because to do so would mean it took nearly 2 hours for a pizza. Hungry kids aren’t going to wait!
Contacting customer service yielded 0 results too. Kinda ridiculous ♀️
