Feb 27, 2026 we spent 50 dollars on the worst pizza and traditional wings ever!!! Cold food and just bad quality in general. Lesson learned won’t be wasting money twice

My nature is to praise in public and correct in confidence. You can look at my reviews to see that most are a pat on the back…………… Not this time.
I’ve been ordering from the Washington Courthouse Pizza Hut for decades. It’s had it’s ups and downs but this has to be the lowest point I’ve ever seen. Big order tonight. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and that came out fine. Mozzarella sticks and they were ok.
Then there was a large, thin crust, pepperoni and mushroom with extra sauce. Supposedly. That pizza is what you see pictured.
So bad that I dug out a tape measure. 2 3/4″ from the topping to the edge of the crust at one point.
I was about to toss it in the garbage and delete the app from my phone when my wife decides to call to complain. By the time she got transferred from the corporate call center to the local store, she was on the phone for 12 1/2 minutes.
I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance. You’d think I’d learn, but I go to Pizza Huts when I’m out of state and get great food.

10/17/2025 @ 4:28pm, ticket #0026. My order ans experience was worse than ever. Per Grace, after I paid my bill, they forgot to make the cheezy bread sticks. 7 minutes turned into 30 minutes. My pizza was cold (she didn’t keep it warm while I waited). While I was there, Grace and her co-worker kept wiping their hands on their pants. No gloves were worn at all. When I asked her about my bread sticks she just looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. The prep and kitchen area was filthy and disappointing, especially after knowing a remodel took place several months prior. Not a proud moment, I told Grace I would take my cold pizza and she could stick those bread sticks where the sun doesn’t shine (in worse words). I apologize for those words but I was so disappointed. Even worse, when I left, another lady was still waiting whom was there before me.

Ordered pizza online said it would take 20 minutes took 45 minutes people who came in and ordered after my order and still got there food before mine and got free food for having to wait but I get nothing for waiting. Then as I was leaving I saw a cook making pizza with no gloves on very unsanitary.

Place was busy when walking in so we expected to wait. We did get breadsticks and wings in an ok time. But we had been there over an hour and still had yet to get our pizza. Went up and requested a refund, and worker looked at me like they weren’t sure what I was talking about. Which means they forgot about it. I was fully refunded and asked to pay for the other food, I feel that waiting that long and they forgot about our food I should have been told “it was our fault don’t worry about it”. Nope 55$ is what I had to pay. Terrible service!

Came in 30 minutes after ordering. Reported wait time was 20. Got here and stood at the desk with three employees in front of me who just continued to talk amongst themselves then after waiting 3 minutes for someone to turn around and talk to me they informed me “we forgot to put your wings down so it’ll be another 6 minutes” according to other reviews seems like I’m not the only one having this issue

The pizza tasted like dough and wasn’t cooked enough. They seem to be in a hurry to get food out no matter if they are done cooking or not. They also forget one of toppings. Definitely going down hill

We ordered the holiday box. Great price for everything you get. The bad? Our entire order smelled like the weed the driver smoked on the way to deliver it! So bad my kitchen reeks of it!

They were slow getting the pizza out, but my god it was good! Only two people working, so not bad for that. The food was amazing! Dine in Pizza Hut is a rarity, and it was a great experience.
