After years of avoiding Pizza Hut due to many poor experiences in different locations, this Pizza Hut has made me a believer again. First off, shout out to Melissa who made the experience so much better than expected. She was friendly, attentive, and saved the night! Pizza and breadsticks were hot and fresh and so much better than expected. Last Pizza Hut I liked was back in 2007 in South Padre Island, TX where the cheese stretches off each slice. Will be making more visits soon Thank you again Melissa!

Took 3 attempts to get our order in between calling and ordering online. They don’t accept coupons from their website, only specialized local coupons. This pic was their interpretation of “Light sauce,” and that’s after wiping 3 paper towels worth of sauce off of it. It took too much time trying to get the order right for it to have been executed so poorly. Probably won’t be going back to Pizza Hut anytime soon.

Food was ready on time.
Pizza was burnt, so much sauce the cheese slids off when you pick it up. Not a good thing guys!
Cinnamon sticks were burnt, it was a cardboard crust surface with breadsticks attached, wasnt sweet.
Garlic bread wasnt burnt but definitely overcooked.
The 2nd star was purely a punctual star.
Sorry @PizzaHut but I’d recommend passing on this location. The store wasnt busy, there’s no excuse for the quality of the food.

My other pizza was completely wrong wrong toppings. But this is literally just a little sauce and alot less cheese. GOOD LUCK with customer service. They will hang up, not answer your call if they see the number keep calling. Its completely ridiculous. Its almost sad how little they do. Honestly needs to be closed down. Makes pizza hut look bad. This is 30$ worth.

On 11-12-24 I went to pick up my pizza. It was ready. He had my drink in a bag in the fridge to keep cold. He had a bright smiling face and was pleasant. I think he said he was from the mulberry location. The one I go to is over by pop shelf. The store was clean. When I got home, the pizza was hot with a lot of toppings. It was the best pizza I’ve had for a long time. Will be back. Oh and it was less than 20$!!!

Manager was awful, didn’t catch her name but she was being very rude. i understand its new years eve but they couldn’t handle receiving 5 orders at one time. as a former restaurant manager this is not acceptable. our food was wrong and they told us to “just deal with it” when we didnt get our whole order instead of offering to make it right or refund us for what we didn’t receive. this will be the last time they have our service.

I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and I’ve never experienced the level of poor customer service as we received from this location today. Our order was transferred over to DoorDash even though we ordered from the Pizza Hut website, which wouldn’t be a problem if the food was actually delivered. Food never showed up and the door dasher just replied they dropped it off and cut off all communication. Tried to contact the store and someone just kept answering the phone and saying “seriously! We are busy! Call back later!’ And continued to hang up on us. All we wanted was our money back at this point. Finally, this person answers the phone to say well it’s door dash’s problem at this point, take it up with them and hung up on us again. I will never order form this location again

If I could have given the review no stars I would. The pizza tasted old, like it had been setting in the restaurant for a long time. The sauce tasted strange maybe because it was made the day before! The breadsticks were so greasy that the grease went through the bag and tore the bag in several places. I’m sorry that you need a picture to VALIDATE my complaint, but after a few bites it went directly in the garbage! After spending over $30, I expected m Melanie ore for a medium cheese pizza and breadsticks. Will not be going to Pizza Hut in the future! Melanie McDowell

I ordered a sausage pizza and a pepperoni pizza. I also got an order of breadsticks with marinara. Everything was so delicious. The staff were very polite.
