Julianne and the whole staff was very pleasant and accommodating during my late night visit. Even gave me the remote to watch whatever I wanted while I ate. Made me feel welcomed and valued although it was close to closing time. I will be back although I live an hour from this Pizza Hut location. You do not find this type of service now days and pleasantly surprised when you do.

The store was completely nasty. A mildew odor as soon as you walk in. Dirty windows. Dirty walls. Service was HORRIBLE. My cup was dirty. Had to go have it replaced it myself. 2/3 plates were dirty. Had to replace them myself. Had to request silverware and go to the register to ask for it. Waitress never came to see if we needed refills. It was just horrible.

We called and ordered a personal pan pizza(got a large), ordered a medium with 6 toppings got 5, ordered garlic cheese bread and got cheese sticks. When I called the very nice young lady placed some rude and snotty male on the phone which virtually told me I was lying about the order being screwed up, because he made it. I told him we will be bringing the whole order back and want a refund, For him to treat my friend the way he did is very unprofessional, the comments he made as she walked out the door was rude and unprofessional, But the funniest thing was there was a lady sitting there waiting for a large pepperoni, guess what we got her large pepperoni pizza when we ordered a personal… The only good thing I can say is I thank them for being the worst or I wouldnt have found the Best Mexican restaurant named El Acapulco… The best and would recommend them over this poorly ran rude pizza hut. And if I could give zero stars I sure would..Ill be contacting corporate tomorrow..

Ordered through the app and picked up my pizzas about 15 minutes later. The staff was friendly. My pizzas were hot and fresh. Would definitely eat here again next time I’m in the area.

Ordered about 15 minutes before closing and the employees were kind enough to go through with our order. Let us in to pick it up about a minute after close. I try not to do this as I know it can be a bother to the employees but they were very accommodating and kind. Great addition to the Cave City area and a nice place to eat for tourists.

Great stop before Mammoth Caves. No buffet, but quality and fast service, clean and Pizza Hut consistency. Plus, across the street from our hotel. Plenty of left overs!
