The one single time I called was a manager who picked up in which I immediately heard “What’s wrong now?” from an employee in the back. The Pizza looked like no cheese was on it whatsoever. So she told me that she watched them make it and that the white sauce mixes with the cheese to look the same. I get off the phone and I scrape the sauce off a little and…there was no cheese, it was just sauce. The manager gaslit me to get me off the phone. It was the only time I had a problem and I wasn’t even being rude. It’s one thing if I was being rude about it but I was just pointing it out and asking for a remake of it.
Haven’t ordered since. Same thing with Taco Bell, they were extremely rude with me the entire time I was on the phone immediately from the get go. I get it, fast food is difficult, I worked it but I don’t gaslight and get a negative tone with customers who just want their orders corrected. Your food is way too expensive to not make it up to the customer if you get it wrong. It’s not a crime to not want your hard earned money to be wasted. Take your attitude out on the customers that deserve it.

We ordered a pizza and cinnamon rolls. We spent over $40 for this meal to split between 2 people. We usually love their pizza. This pizza was a thin crust New York style. Somehow it was still so undercooked it was inedible. Same with the cinnamon rolls. It was still so doughy we were literally scared to eat it. On top of that- our delivery driver informs us of his OWN FREE WILL that he has an e- coli infection!!! If I was unfortunate enough to have this problem, I don’t believe I would be sharing that information and I definitely wouldn’t be delivering someone’s meal to them and sharing this information!!! Can anyone say “ I want a refund!”

Some days they do ok with communication and service but other days it’s like you don’t even exist. Two employees were playing on cell phones (texting someone, gaming, who knows). Either way, nobody should have to wait 20 mins for an order.

My dad wanted a personal pan pizza so I called and it took 15 minutes to place the order after being on hold. I go to pick up the order and the store was packed with people. I only saw 2 workers. One that waited on one customer and then he told the guy boxing up the food he was leaving for a delivery and would be back soon. Mean while several customers kept coming in and the young guy left alone trying to load the food in the box’s would on occasion wait on customers but in no order. I had been there 15 minutes standing, my order was ready and he’d take care of people who had just walked in. Finally after about 20 minutes I spoke up and he handed me my pizza. An older couple who was there when I got there had told me they had waited 30 minutes just to place an order. When the young man gave me my pizza, I told him about this older couple who had been waiting so long to order. The worker was courteous and trying to take care of things but he was young, over whelmed and red faced from stress. This business really needs to do better about taking care of their customers and their workers by hiring enough help.

Tried to order a pizza online and it wouldn’t work then tried to call nobody answered so I just went to the store and ordered the pizza when I got home and opened the box…..NO MEAT ON MY PIZZA . I TRIED TO call back and nobody answered. I won’t ever go back to that place again. My last visit with them.

I live literally 6 minutes, which is 2.9 miles away from this location. Pizza Hut and called for them to deliver to my house. Just 5 seconds ago, they told me. There is too many curves and turns on Abbott Creek to get to my house. But yet I see Pizza Hut delivery vehicles on Abbott Creek all the time. I will never use this establishment because of how lazy people are now days.!!!

2nd they made me pan pizza when thin crust was ordered
3rd asked if they had cheese sauce for bread sticks they replied”yes” when in fact they do not. I ordered bread sticks with cheese when I would have ordered cheese bread but incorrect info was given. Therefore I just threw away 50 bucks that I couldn’t afford to throw away on food no one would eat. You got me this time but never again.

Our pizzas was disappointing to say the least. There are a lot of factors to this issue, but it starts with the fact that the website prices are insane. A pan pizza is now $7 extra to equate for extra cheese? Excuse me, I’ve bought 1000’s of pizzas from Pizza hut in my lifetime and where in there is extra cheese? The price shows $1 when you go through to choose your crust type. Then you get to the payment screen and see $7 more. It was $8 for stuffed crust. Again, advertised as being $2 more when you see it in the crust options.. and even $6 more for hand tossed, and it shows there it is a crust that does not charge extra. No thanks.
We ended up going with stuffed crust, which was weirdly cheaper..odd. We got 2 pizzas. 1 was supposed to be pepperoni and pineapple. The website somehow erased the pepperoni off, ok.. not too thrilled about that, didn’t catch it before placing the order.. fine. But, the store was out of pineapples.. the website did not reflect that, and they didn’t attempt to contact us to let us know… Even though they tried to say they did… The second pizza, we paid to add extra toppings to. Pineapple being one of them. Again, no pepperoni on the pizza as advertised…so yeah, likely it changed the one topping to the attempted second topping I wanted to add. I can understand that… But, knowing they were out of pineapple…they STILL charged for it. Just wow. No attempt to call before they were made, I had my phone… Full service and it was laying on my desk while I was working. So, there’s no chance I missed that “call”. Do Better….
