Can’t rate the food because the waitress never came to take our order. Wasn’t busy. Tables not bussed. We went and ask if she was going to take our order, after about 15 minutes. She replied when I get a minute. We left.

Our pizza was great. Where I live I don’t get the opportunity to visit this establishment as frequently as I’d like but I have to admit it was a missed experience. Service was fast n friendly. The restaurant itself was very relaxing and extremely clean. Y’all keep up the good work and I’ll return as soon as possible.

Great food , but this new call center thing instead of calling the actual store is a pain, my recent order was for delivery but between app crashing website not working correctly, My order got place for delivery on the app but after waiting some time it never got delivered tried to call the main store but was directed to a call center in who knows where, waited on hold for some time then after speaking with someone they went to transfer me but I never got transferred so between not getting my order for delivery and not being able to contact the store I had to drive down there and pick up my food, in the app I also left a delivery tip but the food never got delivered this is very disappointing in customer satisfaction however the lady at the drive-thru window once I finally got it to it waiting in line for 15 more minutes was very polite and tried to reason with the issue I was facing she done her job great but here with the issue of paying for delivery and food not showing up then unable to fix the problem in a timely manner makes me not want to order any more, The food was okay but for the headache of me working in my garage on a vehicle and having to drop everything to try and find out where my food was when I wasn’t able to go anywhere due to vehicle being fixed caused me a lot of trouble to get a ride and go pick up my order the app is awful and the call center is even worse but now with these changes I don’t recommend purchasing online or through the app there is no way to call the store so if there’s a problem with your order you either deal with it, or drive directly to the store to try and resolve the issue for that I can’t recommend ordering from them anymore

Pizza was good. Waitress was excellent. The lack of pricing on menu, plastic silverware, eat in restaurant treated like a takeout. Also asking if you want side dips not mentioned is the $.65 cent charge. Bring t to he rating if this franchise to a 2 star. As I said staff was good.

Surprise! Remember to ask for the coupon/discount when ordering advertised and posted specials, or you’re charged the higher total. Food is still okay.
