Amazing service by Yudai Kurose! He was wonderful and took great care of us! We are with friends celebrating their 30th anniversary and totally enjoyed the dining experience.
The foods were delicious and cooked to the temperature we requested. We were in a bit of a hurry as we were watching World Athletics Championships and on a timeline and Yudai and the team delivered! A+! Bravo!

Learnt about this place from a random youtube but it turned out to be a very enjoyable dinning experience. Honestly it wasn’t the best steak, but the cozy environment, the overall food quality and the genuine service had all added value to the overall experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience tonight at Benjamin Steakhouse Kioicho. The entire meal was outstanding — from the perfectly prepared steaks to the elegant atmosphere. What made the evening truly exceptional, however, was the service. We were served by Yudai Kurose, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail elevated the experience to another level. He made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout the night.

Must go! They figured out the Magic from the Original Benjamin’s Steakhouse! We were not disappointed, they carried the torch gracefully at this location in Tokyo. Everything was made to perfection and we served, as if we were royalty. The level of respect and presentation was 5 stars and we will return as soon as possible.

Perhaps one of the more iconic steak houses in Japan even if it hails from America. The t-bone is a must order. Done medium rare, it is has a crisp surface but it quickly breaks and reveal its succulent and tender ages flesh.

Very good steakhouse, prices on par for other American brand steakhouses in Tokyo. But oh my God the service is crazy slow. 30 mins for 1st drink order (group of 9, but the restaurant was not very busy). Just zero sense of urgency from the staff. I’ll never go back just for that, there’s no excuse for taking so long to serve mostly wine and beer orders (a few simple cocktails). And this continued through the entire meal. It felt like they were more focused on having everyone on a set schedule or regimen than just serving drinks as the orders were placed. Just ridiculous for the prices they’re charging. Needs a full staff retraining session.
