I was owed a free pizza because my last order was very late. I received an email to confirm the free order. When I placed my order online there was no delivery option although that is the only way I have ever used this restaurant. I called and was spoken to very rudely and told it would not be delivered. No place on the email did it mention it couldn’t be delivered.

The melt was so hard on top it cut my mouth. ALOT of meat that was on it was beef and bacon FAT! Won’t do that again. ALSO, the tiny cup of sauce was impossible to use as a DIP. I poured a lil on a few bites was all available.

The food is always wonderful, hot, and made exactly the way you like it. Delivery is fast and has never taken more than 18 minutes in a very long time and I order there quite a bit. Staff and drivers are always polite and friendly. This is my favorite pizza spot.

I might be able to share an experience if I were able to log into my account. I clicked forgot password, typed in my email address… No response. Tried to sign up for a new account with my email address that I know that I used previously, And I get an error code that says “uh oh that account name is already in use“. Tried it several times. No dice. My account has been active for six or seven years at least with me collecting points. All the sudden I can’t get into my account. I wonder what’s going on here. Will never shop at Pizza Hut again. Do not bother replying to this review With offers of blah blah blah. I just simply will not use my hard earned money to make your corporation any richer

PH makes the best cheese sticks, IMO. They’re thick & airy with a nice marinara sauce. The bread sticks that I’ve tried at other restaurants were thin & too greasy!

My local Pizza Hut has been consistently serving up great food for the past 7 or 8 months now. I have noticed a tremendous improvement. My orders are always hot and prepared just as I requested. I have shared my experience with the improved restaurant to friends and colleagues. Great job!!

I ordered delivery and the driver was very efficient at handling my dogs that got out and also maintaining the stability of keeping my gate open or closed whichever was necessary. I will be ordering from here again and also greatly enjoyed my pepperoni and mushroom stuffed crust. It was the right temperature and I got a really good cheese pull on video.
