Arrived to pick up my pizza I ordered a large pan supreme was not a pan pizza at all the manager tries to lie right to my face and says that it is does this look like a pan crust pizza then offered me a credit for next time I’m good don’t plan on returning wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person

I order pizza today for me and my kids online. My order was 103.73 and I order 6 pizza and a couple of bread stick which is normal for a pizza place order. I was than called by the manager whom informed me that I would need to order 2 hours in advance and that if i wanted the pizza it would be after 5. I believe she told me that so that I would cancel my order. I informed her I wasn’t in a rush and that was fine with me. They cancelled my order which i didn’t know until 1 hour and 30 min after. Once i called they informed me that my order was cancelled because of it was an inconvenience to them. This place is the worst service I have ever experienced. If you don’t your job just say so.

I ordered from this store and my cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were flat as a pancake!!! I called the store but of course no one answered the phone how do you fix something if no one answers the phone? Not doin Pizza Hut anymore!!!

Well the recent order was gross, the pizza arrived cold and when trying to heat it up in the microwave it turned into jerky, just like old pizza turns out so that’s why I think I got something that was made yesterday.
Plus there was white stuff on it that made us throw it out, we didn’t put anything on or or order it with parmesan cheese so either Pizza Hut put something on it or the DoorDash driver did.

Service and workers are very rude. Tried placing order online and had issues, tried to call and was hung up on twice (this appears to be a Pizza Hut issue!) finally drove there only to be told they were tired of making personal pans and were not going to sell them anymore – and it’s the special of the night! If you’re advertising a special, you should expect to be busy. I’ve never had a problem with the food quality or the cleanliness of the store, but the service alone will now make me drive an additional 10 minutes to a different location moving forward.

Ordered online, came in to add some things to the order, which we paid for. And then the order came out wrong and the things we added and paid for they tried to say we didn’t get. Besides being wrong, food was undercooked, pepperoni was all in one spot, and there was like three fries with the personal order. Blonde lady, looked like a deer in headlights couldn’t even respond to us when we asked why our order was like this. The lady beside us her orders were also wrong and they didn’t seem to care. Younger lady that was just walking around on her phone the whole time came up, red butterfly tattoo on her neck had a major attitude, snatched the receipt from our hand and told us we didn’t add the additional items, which we did. Customer service worst than the food, and all after waiting 20 minutes even after ordering online.

They can’t ever get the order right! Rather you order your food online, over the phone or in person, it’s almost ALWAYS going to be made wrong AND take forever to make. The food is typically cold and old, never on the right crust, then when you bring it to their attention they get mad, as if you’re not the one spending YOUR money ????

Got my food delivered and it was someone else’s order because of the door dashers screw up, I called the store and they remade my order and they seemed to be busy but she was really sweet and had a new dasher send me my correct order.

Ordered around 12, didn’t get my food till 230. I understand they were busy but if they knew they were going to be working on only one order the whole day then they should of been more proactive and not allowing more orders in if they couldn’t handle the work load. Never ordering here for lunch again. I literally was late for work because of them.
