Our server, Hayley, was great. We arrived at 6:15 p.m. and the pizza on the buffet was old and congealed. There was so little food out for the number of diners that my party of three each got one plate (and one of us got a salad, no pizza) each before the buffet was tapped out. Like the rest of the diners, we waited, assuming more food was to come. Our check was brought to us at 6:40 p.m. and the server asked if she could get us anything. I told her everyone was waiting on food as the buffet was bare. She went and informed the kitchen staff of such and, 10 minutes later, one pizza was brought out. Another diner joked that we were playing Hunger Games in the Pizza Hut. It has now been almost 20 minutes since I informed the server that there was no food. There is still just the one pizza on the buffet. There are 14 patrons waiting to eat. Where is the expediency? Better question: where is the FOOD?!

I’m glad I’m not someone with a major allergy of sorts; especially to cinnamon.
This is the second time in a row that I’ve ordered cheesesticks and they’ve been covered or baked in cinnamon stick stuff on the bottom. Not a little, but like fully baked in it and burnt on cinnamon stuff. It ruins the flavor of the cheesesticks and I feel I wasted money.
I live a little distance away so I usually try to check before taking my carry out. But my husband went this time and didn’t think to check (and I didn’t think to mention it cause I didn’t think this would happen again).
He said it seemed like the one person in store really didn’t wanna be there so he just grabbed our boxes and left after seeing they looked accurate. He came home and I opened the box and it took some strength to pry the sticks off the bottom of the box and I already knew it’d happened again.
Sad to say I wasted money and only ate one stick because the cinnamon and sweetness was too much.
This used to be my favorite location but sadly I won’t be back again.

Used to love Pizza Hut pizza for their sauce and how they put enough on crust so it didn’t “soak into crust” BUT last 3 times, hardly any sauce, even when you ordered EXTRA!! TASTED LIKE CRAP!!! NO MORE PIZZA HUT!!
As like MOST companies now have CUT BACK thinking we as consumers as stupid and don’t realize their “cut backs” while the prices increase!!!
PAY MORE FOR LESS PRODUCT!!Deeply disappointed! Wasted $34.00shameful!! GOODBYE TO YOU, PIZZA HUT. Going to give Domino a retry.

This location has gone downhill in the past couple months. I used to go here almost everyday but the food quality has really dropped. The pasta is always very dry and has minimal sauce. Pizza also tends to be rather dry and it’s just disappointing to see this location drop quality

I’ve visited this location several times. I’ve never really had a bad experience but today I was highly impressed and pleased with my visit. Anthony was very polite and professional and my pizza was the best I’ve received from there. Kudos to the crew tonight.

Compared to the other Pizza Huts in the area, this one takes the cake! When I placed my order, the young man on the line was very kind and respectful, and he made sure to ask if my order was right. My mom went to pick it up and it was done on time, and the same young man was there and was so professional and kind. Will definitely be ordering from this PH again, the pizza looked so good and tasted even better!

They forgot part of my order in my delivery, after 30 minutes of being on hold the manager told me they wouldn’t deliver the missing part nor would they refund me for the items, only “store credit” that i could call in in the future with another order placed.

Everytime I order from this location I get told door dash wont pick up my order and they need to refund the order or I need to pick up smh its crazy because door dash picks up all ny other orders from other places this is terrible
