The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Even with a nearly empty lobby, staff struggled to keep up with customers. We had to go back and request a second set of plates due to having the salad bar. If a new employee was just hired, why are they left to handle tables alone?

My family and I had a great experience at this location. Had the honor of Becca waiting on us and she was excellent! Loved her customer service, smile and energy. She put in the order correctly and kept checking on us. Our pizza was great, breadsticks and salad. Will be back again and will ask for Becca. Thank you dear for making sure we were taking care of!

So we rolled into Pizza Hut a little after five. Maybe three tables going we sat at the fourth. What are our drinks in our food and waited and waited and waited. Only after 35 minutes, we called the manager who didn’t even bother to come out from the back. I left money to cover our drinks and walked out. It’s funny how you can make an order over the Internet and have it be ready in 15 minutes but when you go and sit down and order, it takes more than 30 minutes. There’s another pizza place in town called Pizza Tonight. We will be giving them our service for a while.

It’s a simple concept, I pay for my food? I wait the time you tell me to wait, I get my food.
Too hard of a concept for this store. I waited 1.5 hour for a pick up cheese stick, 1 cheese & 1 bacon pizza, naked wings. A deal they have going. Simple as could be (almost but not simple enough).
If you allow a customer to pay for their order their food should be ready when you say it will be ready. Walk in customer who HAVE NOT paid yet, should NOT take precedence over those whose money you already have.
Hardinsburg is the absolute worst for restaurants and customer service. But not being able to make a simple pizza at a place called Pizza Hut, takes the cake. Never again.

Staff, including managers are very unprofessional. Our Pizza was not cooked completely. Very poor service. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star! I took my pizza as a carryout, because the inside of the restaurant needs a deep clean. Top to bottom, corner to corner. Walls & floors are fithy. The bathroom is full of nasty grime.

We always go to this Pizza Hut after we walk dogs at the animal shelter. Kind of a tradition. The staff is always so friendly and outgoing. It makes it a joy to visit not to mention pizza… Yum!
