We had an excellent experience here for dinner. The service was great and the ambiance was upscale despite the building being in a strip mall. Everyone loved the wagyu burger and pizzas and the baklava cheesecake bites were incredible! They mentioned the menu had just dropped and it did not disappoint. Although it’s a bit of a drive for us, we’d come back again knowing there might be new things to try next time we come.

I have been going to Field & Fire for five years. Over the course of the last five years, they have become my absolute most favorite spot for an adult dinner. The servers are reliably and consistently attentive, efficient, and friendly. The food, outstanding. Everytime. Drinks? Perfection.
Thank you to Jordan and Ryan for bringing amazing dining to the Valley day after day, year after year. It has been an absolute pleasure, every meal, every time.

Great brunch today! Biscuits and gravy as a starter was really tasty. Will have go back to try the biscuit and chicken thighs. The green tomato eggs Benedict with chili crab meat was great as was the tenderloin hash. The mocha pot desert was a great finish to an amazing meal.

Amazing experience! My husband and I went for our 5 year anniversary for the first time tonight and were pleasantly surprised at the experience. The atmosphere with the open kitchen is very welcoming and unique. We were seated and the server brought waters right away, followed by the drinks we ordered. We both ordered pizzas, which came out quickly and were delicious. Halfway through the meal we noticed my husband’s looked to be missing chicken, but it tasted perfect anyways. We asked the server when she came back to refill waters about it, entirely out of curiosity, and she immediately apologized and said it was on the house or they could remake another to go. My husband said we’d take one to go for lunch tomorrow. When the bill came, she didn’t charge us for either pizza nor the dessert – just the three drinks and my pizza. We tried to have her add the pizza on the bill as we didn’t bring it up as an issue, but she refused. Leah H, thank you!!!
We will absolutely be back to Field & Fire and will incorporate it into regular restaurant rotation. Amazing food and drinks, service, and atmosphere.

With a speakeasy vibe, open concept kitchen, great service & exceptional menu… this is “the” hidden gem of the fox valley. Although you best make reservations if you plan on dining here at peak dinner hours. I haven’t found anything to rate Field & Fire anything less than 5 stars. An excellent experience.

Food was great and staff was super attentive. We ordered a bottle of wine for the table and our wine glasses were never empty. Oysters were very mild and smooth, crudo was also mild and tasty. Pasta portion of the pappardelle was somewhat small but flavor was delicious. It’s a somewhat small restaurant so you’re sitting fairly close to the tables next to you, but overall great spot to eat.

Ran a few errands in Appleton and stopped here on the way home for cocktails and appetizers for dinner. Cory served us at the bar; he was friendly, funny and added to what was an incredible experience! The food is amazing! We had the lamb appetizer, pizzas, and crème brûlée for dessert. You want to lick the dish after eating! The owner stopped over and checked in on us. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! The food was great and so was the service! Great atmosphere, great selection of beers and cocktails. The Bloody Mary was good and came with a cheese pita bread which was delicious! I had the Wagyu burger which was ok and the waffles were a huge hit that had pork belly and collard greens on top!

Absolutely blown away by Field and Fire Kitchen! I was invited by a good friend and didn’t expect to be this impressed. Let me tell you – the iron steak was phenomenal. That plate was more than just food; it was an experience. Every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The pizza was on another level, too. You know that perfect pepperoni that cups up? It reminded me of those little poppers at the arcade, but way better and loaded with amazing, melty cheeses and just the right balance.
And the oysters? Smooth and fresh, not overly complicated – just pure, briny goodness. I don’t always get excited over oysters, but these were worth every bite. Then there was the udon soup, which had this unique, comforting flavor that just stood out. It’s a bowl you don’t want to miss.
Special shoutout to Ryan in the kitchen – this guy knows his craft. It’s rare to see someone so clearly in their element, and he absolutely nails it with each dish. And lastly, the Brussels sprouts…wow. Imagine a caramelized, almost pretzel-like glaze with a sprinkle of goat cheese. It was a perfect blend of savory and sweet, like nothing I’ve tasted before. If you’re looking for a meal that’s memorable, genuine, and packed with passion, Field and Fire Kitchen is it. Don’t miss out!
