Pizza was good which imo is the only thing we care about. Service was nice, slow to see me at the drive up (3min) but sweet once he did. We don’t go in, but the parking lot is clean! Wish they put more veggies on the super supreme but everything else was good to go. Picture below, keep your pineapple judgements to yourself.

I ordered through Doordash and was surprised at how fast it was delivered. The combo was all accurate, freshly made and HOT. The delivery was just as awesome as the Pizza, pasta and bread sticks. I had plenty left over after feeding 3 for lunch the next day. Thank you to the employees who prepared my order you did a fine job! Much appreciated.

Every time I visit or place an order, I’m impressed by how friendly, helpful, and efficient the entire team is. The staff is always polite, welcoming, and willing to help with any questions or special requests. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in making sure everyone leaves satisfied. Even during busy times, they remain calm, professional, and positive, which speaks volumes about their work ethic and teamwork.
One of the things I appreciate most is how quickly food is prepared and served without sacrificing quality. Orders are accurate, fresh, and hot, and the staff makes sure customers aren’t left waiting any longer than necessary. That level of efficiency is not easy to maintain, especially during rush hours, but the Lucedale Pizza Hut team handles it exceptionally well.

Pizza Hut really came through! My order was hot, fresh & flavorful. The crust was cooked perfectly, the toppings were good & everything tasted just right. The service was fast & my food arrived exactly when they said it would. This location is consistent every time. Definitely my go to spot when I’m craving pizza!

As I said before on each time I do a review these people are excellent workers they could use a raise I don’t know how much they make and it’s none of my business but the atmosphere is always been good I’ve never had a problem with the food and you have exceptional deals on your food and I greatly appreciate that Word of Mouth goes a long way and I can’t say nothing bad about Pizza Hut in Lucedale Mississippi except keep up the good work take care of your employees and they will take care of us God bless

The big New Yorker needs to be a permanent menu item. I tried it with the SPICY marinara and OMG! It was HUGE and loaded down with pepperoni. It was ready on time and hot. Best pizza I’ve had I. Years!

I’ve had 1 issue in the entirety of the time they’ve been in business at this location. Picked up 2 large super supremes & neither had any sauce at all on them. Not good at all! I did try to call but nobody answered, my next order I had they said it was noted in my account so my order was free. I hate that I recently moved outside of their delivery area but that’s not really their fault. They always have good deals running & it’s always ready when I arrive. The employees are nice enough, I’ve never had issue there either. Overall I recommend.

This is one of the most well ran pizza huts ever! The customer service alone is worth 20 stars. A sweet precious worker named Poppi helped me take my pizzas to my car and opened the doors for me. I have never had that happen at any other store. So sweet and friendly!

A lady named Jennifer on the receipt took my order. I wanted my wings cooked extra, extra crispy, like I always order, but unfortunately have never been satisfied with my request until now! Customer service was a 10/10 and the food quality was most definitely a 10/10!

Once more I ordered and they gone above and beyond my expectations, or so I thought ,had issues picking up my order and the manager said they would redo it so that my order would be fresh , once it got home we got a wet soggy pizza that was warm at best I called to ask if they redid the pizza I was told by the manager it was a fresh pizza … so as for a fresh pizza it was horrible, nasty and inedible, had to throw out the second one . Will not trust there again . Sad I did put in original great review only to be disappointed in today’s service.
