This place is a JOKE at night time…. My order and my husbands was SUPPOSED to be done at 5:32 & it’s NOW 6:15pm !!!! We was there WELL before time for it to be done … I walked in talked to a young girl,AFTER sitting in line, and told her I HAD A PICK UP order and gave her the name! They completely IGNORED me and walked away!!! This is ridiculous AND needs improvement!! We have been working ALLDAY long and all we wanted was our food! There is no reason to be talking about “retainers & dental stuff” while you have a customer waiting right IN FRONT OF YOU!!! LIKE OK ….. THIS IS SO UPSETTING TO ME and my food was kinda cold and wasn’t correct!! I did a PICK UP order she had to ask when I FINALLY got to the window and had to say the name 5 times BEFORE THEY FINALLY GOT SOMEWHERE also kept asking for my phone number …. like I showed them my phone and everything!!! After getting everything they asked me to check my order to make sure it was “right” I did NOT ask for it to be remade because I had no time i had to go hoke! But if you go at night time around supper just be prepared to be ignored have to wait and have semi cold food ( The chicken bites was COLD husband took one out looked at me and I said what he said feel them, I was very disappointed and they are going to throw away now! my pizza was still kinda warm and somewhat eatable BUT had to rewarm when home which was really sad and heart breaking, the dissatisfaction of this post is to make a point ALL them people in there ) it’s really sad, I could’ve cooked at home ×2 what I paid for this and shouldn’t BUT I’ve never been this upset at pizzahut and wish I would’ve choose a different route for tonight as it will be awhile before I go again

Ordered my food and once I drove 40 minutes to pick it up they told me that they didn’t have my order and that I will have to wait another 20 min for them to make one and after that the manager said he would accommodate me with whatever soda I want as if that makes up for the time spent coming and then having to wait this is the worse experience ever at this frontage rd Pizza Hut… definitely need to reconsider management

Well, the only thing decent was the food. We ate at the buffet and it was all good, normal buffet food…however, when you first walk in it smelled like sewer. The bathroom was terrible and I almost immediately lost my appetite.
The waitress, was an older woman and wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t see her smile one time the whole time we was there. She was prompt and did her job but you could tell she did not want to be there and her attitude showed it. The girl behind the register was sweet as could be.

The pizza is not that good one day I had a delivery to my house and never received I have to reorder it and they double charged me they lied and said they put the money back on they didn’t sometimes a pizza was dried out and that day when they delivered my pizza it took them 5 hours the first one they delivered somebody stole it and it was not delivered to my place I had to reorder it sometime I order pizza it took about 5 hours to get it and they charged me two times forehead do not recommend Best Pizza Hut on frontage road to nobody they suck and will steal from you

My pizza was extremely undercooked. The dough was raw. It was inedible. The veggies on the pizza were raw. Still had crunch like they were straight out the garden. My cinnamon rolls were also raw. I had to throw $45 in the trash. I was told I could not get a refund until the morning when the manager arrived. I was only offered credit. I was not offered a new order. I was told I would have to pick my order up and that it could not be delivered. I went to work expecting this to be my lunch for the night. I ended up not having food to eat.

Pizza was hot, made correctly and one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Salad bar was clean and all the ingredients seemed fresh. Service was outstanding!

The place is great, the staff is great. The customers….not so much……you got weird people here, they wait for you to come out of the store and then drive and pull off….and they were here waaay long before you even was. So the weird strangers are willing to sit there and let their pizzas and food get ice cold, just to wait 20 minutes for me to walk out the door with my food (THAT’S STILL FRESH AND HOT) just so they could prove a point….on how weird they are smh -__- weird vibes. This is what I make sure I park right next to the door (with my door unlocked)so I can just drive off. If I do pull in a parking space I make sure I bag into it so I can just pull off. I don’t park where I have to bag out any more. People are weird these days especially the Pizza Hut customers…..I mean why wait on me to walk out, if you’re not giving me a ride why sit there and let your food get cold because of me SMDH

I arrived 10 minutes before the buffet starts. The buffet line already had pizzas waiting on it. The heat lamps and steam table were not on yet. When they told me I could go to the buffet at 11 they turned on the heat lamps and steam tables. I ate a small slice of cold pizza and a couple of cold bread sticks with Icy marina sauce. Eventually a few people came in and ate some rewarmed pizza. And at 11:45 they finally put out some fresh pizza. Really horrible experience. By 12:15 they had not put out any more pizza. Really a shame how pitiful this place has become. I used to eat here twice a week. My 4th time to try to eat here since they reopened. Probably my last.
