My delivery was ok. My food was burnt and hard to eat. I would send it back but at the moment I have a broken arm and not able to leave the house. This is what I got. I ordered diet mountain dew I got regular mountain dew. I ordered 2 dipping sauce and only got one. I gave it 1 star because that was the only one or I would have not given a star at all.

I ordered a meal that came with an order of cheese sticks, they didn’t give them to the door dasher. I was literally calling them and they wouldn’t answer with the door dasher standing right next to them with me on the phone. I finally get in touch with the second shift supervisor and he didn’t know how to put my money for my missing item back on my card, he could only give me a store credit worth more but I didn’t want it because of the frustration and I didn’t want to have to use there services again. He told me to call the next day and the general manager could do it. I called the next day, the Gm was rude and condescending and even hung up in my face after I told her I just want my money back on my card because I don’t want to use there services again. I do not recommend any one to eat at this establishment until they learn to Value there customers.

Today, placed an order at the window: Veggie pizza with a lot of bananas peppers and add chicken sausage on the entire pizza. I also ordered bone in wings; asked they they bedroom the wings so they would be fried before saucing. Well. This is what I got in the pictures below. Not happy. Donot want to eat here again.
Here’s the problem: I came to your establishment placed my order at the windows, waited to be disappointed. If I wasn’t working I would taken it all back and gotten. My money back. I didn’t order a cheese pizza with a sprinkle of veggies and just a few of chicken sausage and a sprinkle of banana peppers. So a slap in the face and I paid over $40 dollars so this will not be a holiday place to visit for after turkey meals. #pizzahut #notpizzahut

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my repeated bad experiences with this Pizza Hut location. They have messed up my orders multiple times — and at this point, it feels intentional and petty. The management team is just as unprofessional, often treating both customers and staff with a harsh, careless attitude. Delivery takes nearly two hours every time, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, Eat here with caution!!!

My husband and I wanted to treat our kids to their favorite pizza restaurant tonight and no! Pizza Hut Employees did not disappoint! Great Customer Service from the cashier and also the rest of the team! Great Environment! Great Team and Reasonable Price! Also let’s not Forget Great pizza food was awesome

Ive ordered here many times and its very rare that things get delivered correct. One time I ordered 4 marinara cups and instead they were filled with pizza sauce. When they run out of stuff they don’t call right away, they wait 40 mins later. Just look at this pizza, it was delivered like that. This place is terrible at food and service.
