Excellent sandwich spot. $16 foot a relatively large sandwich is as good as you’ll get in the area. $5 seasoned fries were also generously portioned.

Big Dipper Park City is Park Citys Hottest Club. Located on the quiet end of Main Street, this restaurant has everything:

I don’t know man, I can’t do this ….

The crispyness of the sandwich pairs well with the succulent juicy meats and when you dip it into the soupy sauces… BOOM!! (5 BIG BOOMS)

We ordered the “Seoul-ed Out”, “A Hunk-a Hunk-a Bernese Love”, and the “Find Me Dippin’ In Da Club”

This spot has something for everyone

The service was fast

There is zero ambience to this place but I didn’t rate down because that’s not what I came for. I CAME FOR THE SHRIMP PO BOY WITH CLAM CHOWDER FOR DIPPING AND IT WAS AMAZING! Fries are 8/10 but the dipping sauce made them 10/10. $42 for 2 people is basically Park City Main Street pricing so get over it or go to Jimmy John’s. Now as for the service: The Owner/Manager was making sandwiches, taking orders, calling out orders and GREETING PEOPLE FROM THE HOT LINE AS THEY WALKED IN THE DOOR!!!!! Next level friendliness and welcoming. But I digress….go get a sandwich here.

Great staff. I went two times, and the staff was friendly and helpful both times. I went back twice for the pineapple soft serve. It’s delicious.
The lunch special was a good deal that included fries, or tots, drink, soft serve cone and sandwich.
I love tots as an option over fries! Good flavor on the sandwich. The dipping sauce is not watered down, it has a nice consistency. There are quite a few creative flavor combinations to try.
Nice, clean eating establishment. Not a long wait on a Saturday night, but it was busier than when I went for lunch.
I would say it is quality food. I met either the owner or manager on my first visit. I wish this business lots of luck and think it’s a very nice place i will visit frequently.
They mentioned plans to expand in Salt Lake, too!

I also found parking easily just outside their door both times.

I hate to mark places down but I felt a bit misled by the 4.7 average star rating of this place. With that kind of rating, I was expecting to be blown away, but I was not. I feel that 4.2-4.4 would be a more appropriate average star rating overall.

I’d rate the food itself at about 4.0. It was pretty good, but nothing really spectacular. The menu options, however, seem to have some unique and fun choices that were not quite for me. But ordering a traditional French Dip, I thought it was a little above-average and not much more.

The ambience was only a slight bummer because there are no windows looking out into the lovely Park City, but otherwise it was clean inside.

Service was good.

It’d be annoying to go into more detail since 1. I’m not really a food critic, and 2. I’m currently just procrastinating my work by writing this review. So I’ll wrap it up with this:

If you want a French Dip and some fries and you’re not really one of the financial elite in Park City, you should come here because it’s a solid French Dip with some creative, youthful options. It’s more affordable than some other places, and wont have the large crowds since it’s on the north end of the street past all the tourist stuff.

Spot on for a quick sandwich. Everything we had was amazing. “WHEN I DIP”, “FIND ME DIPPIN'” and “SEOUL-ED OUT”. Definitely a diamond in the rough. 5☆

Great soup and sandwich spot in Park City! Highly recommend!

This was exactly what I was looking for… fresh food, prepared with care, and tasty.

I had the chicken bacon sandwich and the chef was able to sub a tomato soup (vegan). The fries were incredibly tasty, covered in paprika (I believe) and nicely cooked.

They offer a regular soft serve and a vegan (pineapple), but not everyday.

Staff and chef were super nice and able to accommodate my custom order on a quiet weekday.

The restaurant was clean and inviting. The bathrooms downstairs were new and very clean.

I got the Karleen and my husband got the Burnese and they were both SO GOOD. The woman who was working the counter was exceptionally nice to everyone who came in. The fries were delicious and the sauce that came with them was so good. My tomato soup to dip my sandwich in was also to die for. Great spot!

If you find yourself at the very tip top of Main Street, and you’re hungry, then you’ll enjoy Big Dipper Park City.

We ordered a Seoul-ed Out Sandwich, and a Gluten Free and Bunless Salad.

The names here are kinda off-the-wall and quirky. I’m more of a call-it-what-it-is kinda guy, but I won’t knock them for that. Preferences.

The Seoul-ed Out Sandwich was good – a bit overwhelming though. So much flavor in every bite that I had to take breaks to drink water and cleanse my palate. But it had a good Korean flavor to it that I enjoyed.

My wife ordered the salad (Gluten Free and Bunless Salad – what a name). I wouldn’t expect gluten or buns in my salad, but hey, I’m no salad connoisseur.

She said it was great and she enjoyed it. I got no other details for you.

Fine place to visit. Not cheap, but it won’t break the bank. Plus, you can walk all the way up Main Street to burn off the calories you’re about to eat.

We came in today, it was quiet, just a few people there which was good for us with 2 kids and our dog. I got the tots with the sriracha mayo, soy sauce, and pickled ginger. They were SO good! I also got the no buns salad with chicken instead of pork, best salad I’ve had in a long time. My husband got the Seoul’d Out sandwich, he scarfed it and said it was good, he especially liked the seasoning on the fries, all around it was great! Oh, we also got a scoop of the dairy free pineapple soft serve, that was really yummy too! Thank you for the tasty food and wonderful customer service!
