This picture shows a thin crust pizza with bacon. The problem is… you can’t even tell there’s bacon on here. If bacon is in short supply, say you don’t have any. Stop charging extra for NOTHING! This was not a one time thing. Please do better.

That place is disfunctional. The workers stand around and talk. Talking about things that had nothing to do with Pizza Hut. I was in there to pick up an order. There where 4 or 5 workers at the front counter. Only one person at the register being rung up. I asked for my order and the girl that was sitting down screamed at the guy and stopped him from giving me the order. So he left and went to the back. I waited another five minutes to get an order that was waiting in the warmer. They all need to be retrained on customer service. I was forced to give this store a one star. Verrrry poor service.

I placed an order at 11:43. I got a message at 12:32 that my order was put for delivery. I called at 12:58 to see where it was and was told it left 5 mins ago. I live 5 mins from the store so I figured it will be here soon. I finally received my order at 1:36. Of course the food was cold and my pizza box was messed up but the big issue is that I didn’t receive my full order. I was missing an entire pizza. The delivery driver was nice tho but the overall experience was one of the worse experiences ever.

Pizza Hut must be rationing the marinara sauce. I can order the same pizzas, WITH EXTRA sauce, from most any other location in the Jackson Metro area, and receive extra sauce, not here. If they wouldn’t make the pizzas so dry to begin with, I wouldn’t have to ask for extra sauce. Quality of food takes precedence over your store’s food budget. It seems like they only prepare pizzas in a measly fashion, and I did not pay a measly cost. Give customers what they ask for. It’s on your menu, extra sauce, whether that is extra charged or not. Pizza Hut, Raymond Rd, do better.

Ordered a big dinner box with one pizza pepperoni and one pizza bacon with mild wings traditional along with cheese sticks when I finally received my order I had two bacon pizzas cheese sticks asked the male employee working to review my ticket the girl placed two bacon pizzas on my order I asked him to please make sure one was pepperoni and one was back he came from the back and stated your order is already in the oven wth if I asked for my order to be corrected as I ordered it then that’s what it should have been . I received two bacon pizza one pepperoni pizza I had to wait another 30 minutes for because he didn’t state my pepperoni pizza in the first place when I handed him my ticket and I never received my mild traditional wings. Honestly pizza hut at this location has no customer service severely disappointed with this location speaking from management level .

This has to be the worse location in Jackson, after ordering my food I called the store due to all of the drink options not being available online, the 1st person I spoke with placed me on hold to simply provide me with the beverage that I wanted she then hung up on me after waiting on hold for 5 mins. I then attempted to call the store back and the next young lady placed me on hold and then once again I was hung up on. I tried calling back multiple times after and no one would answer the phone after that. Since I ordered online and wanted delivery which the site gives an estimated time of 25-35 min delivery after waiting and hour the pizza finally left the store it’s now been an hour from when my pizza left the store (5mins down the road) it still hasn’t arrived. Now the store is closed Pizza Hut rather franchise or not you outta be ashamed of yourselves. Never again and you will give my money back delivery fee and all.

I see alot of bad reviews from years ago. But CURRENTLY this is the BEST location in Jackson. That new manager do NOT play.. about that restaurant or them customers. He dont play with his staff. Of course there’s still going to be mistakes, they’re human, but he’s gone do whatever he gotta do to make it right rather its remaking the order and upsizing it at no additional charge, or giving u a huge credit for a future order.
