To go only location. If you want to dine in then go to Pemberton square location. Large pizza is $12 with coupon. Pretty good deal so we ordered two. Good amount of toppings and crust is pretty good. Thin crust is like a flat bread almost.

I placed a delivery order at 8:17pm and didn’t receive the pizza until 9:25pm. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. When the delivery driver called when they were here, there was no apology or explanation for the lateness of the order.
My husband had to drive to the store but the address on Google for this location brought him to a closed store called Pizza Inn.
I hope you guys read all the one star reviews before ordering because I was a little dumb and didn’t think to look.

So my husband and I ordered pizza and got it delivered… had to call the store to have the driver come back out because we didn’t hear him knocking the door and then opening the pizza and they thought it was okay to deliver a pizza that has a slice that looks like someone took their finger across it and instead of making a new one they sent it out like this.

I received the wrong pizza, called store and was told that they were out of my item so they just sent me something else. Not acceptable, she told me she could issue a credit because it would take at least an hour to get a remake (if you are out of an item, how are you going to remake my order correctly). Told her that was fine that we would wait. 4 hours later I received a text that my order was on the way, this was almost midnight.. there was never a delivery anyway. Horrible experience, I just want my cash returned as I do not plan to order from here again. On a positive note, our delivery driver was great.

Chose curbside, sat out front for forever, somehow it came up as carryout, & 2 associates said it was the customer’s fault. I guess I frustrated the lady who finally brought it out bc she threw the receipt at me. 3rd place here in Vicksburg & 3rd BAAAAD customer service experienced. Oh yeah, this is the burnt & dried out pizza received……

This isn’t a sit down location. It is meant to pick up food only. However, they do a good job. They haven’t messed up any of our orders, and they are pretty fast. The staff is always nice. They have a fridge with a few drink selections, too.

I placed an online order at 4:56 p.m. I understand it’s the day before Thanksgiving, but still. I entered the Pizza Hut on Clay at 5:35 p.m. My order still isn’t ready at 5:45 p.m. and time is still rolling without me getting my food. What’s the purpose of placing a mobile order if you still have to wait for it an extensive amount of time. I guess this is the reason I’ve never ordered from Pizza Hut on Clay Street. Should’ve just stuck with the one on Pemberton. 5:50 and just getting it. Please do better.
