Haven’t had a decent experience here in a long time. The last time I came, I was told my order would be ready at a certain time. I showed up exactly then and was told they were “pulling it out of the oven” and to pull around. It ended up taking an entire hour, and I finally had to go inside to get it myself.
Today wasn’t any better. The app said my order would be ready at 7:00. I arrived at 7:05 and didn’t receive my pizza until 7:30—almost an hour after placing the order. Meanwhile, one employee was on FaceTime, more focused on finding a charger for her phone than helping customers. The last time I visited, another employee was outside loudly complaining about how much they hate working there.
At this point it’s hard to see any real management or accountability. The store feels disorganized, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to customers’ time.
Just take a look at the other recent reviews and you’ll see this isn’t an isolated experience. This location clearly needs serious management attention because the current level of service is unacceptable.
This happened 3/5/26. Management should review the cameras and see exactly what’s going on.

I frequent this Iocation because it’s about the only game in town. But I need to find a new place. The pizza is never ready when they say its ready, its slopped together. The last time I opened the box and it looked like a sloppy taco! Under cooked and had to wait for that???

I don’t usually do reviews at all but it’s ridiculous that it is so hard to get an order correct! Numerous times now I have asked for extra sauce and ended up with less sauce than it usually has on it. Why is this so difficult? Tonight it had extra cheese on it and barely any sauce. I could not even taste sauce at all and extra cheese costs extra… extra sauce literally costs nothing extra. So why mix it up? Is it that difficult? At this point I don’t think I will be ordering anything for myself from there anymore. I know my kids will still want it and unfortunately will have to go back for them.
Updating review on 2/5/24 from my last review 5 months ago. Still having same problems as 5 months ago. They do not put enough sauce on the pizzas. I order it with extra sauce and almost always end up having to have the pizza remade. Ordered over the weekend and I am attaching pictures. Barely any sauce, could not even taste it, barely any toppings on one and the other was overcooked as you can tell. Clearly obvious what the problems are but this time they refused to remake them… said that is all the sauce they could put on it. They were rude. Husband called a corporate phone number and was told he’d get a call back. Have not received call and this is not the first time. Absolutely unacceptable.

We ordered thin and crispy. The crust was crispy but the middle was soft. The taste was excellent, however, so we are it with gusto. I do think the oven crawl speed should be adjusted to properly turn out a crispy crust throughout the pizza. We’ll have to try it again.

This was the nastiest, driest, no pepperoni having pizza that I ever got from Pizza Hut. It is cold, tastes like water, and the dough is gummy. This isn’t normal for Pizza Hut…and I paid too much money to get home and be disappointed. ☹️

I have never been more humiliated by the incompetent staff at this Pizza Hut. I ordered through the doordash app and instead of having it delivered I chose ‘Pickup’ because it’s cheaper and I was passing by there going to my hotel. They held my pizza hostage for a solid 25 minutes and said I had not paid when I clearly showed them that I paid through the doordash app. People do it all the time. They wanted me to pay twice for a personal pan pizza because her “drawer was going to be short.” They also refused to let me pick it up through the drive thru and made me come in. I am not a doordash driver, just a customer. It was absolutely humiliating and infuriating. Never again will I return when I have to work in Magee!

I wish I could upload video. They prepare the food WITHOUT gloves!!! I waited 45 minutes to have my money refunded and leave empty handed. I happily went to Little Caesar’s where they had my order ready and FRESH in 6 minutes!! And their store was clean, unlike Pizza Hut! The floors in pizza hut (and the counters too) were sticky and filthy. I would NEVER recommend that anyone eat at this restaurant!!!!

I placed the order online. It took them an hour and a half to bring my food out and I live 3 miles away. They were very skimpy on the ingredients. I then found out they use DoorDash so they gave me a $25 credit but only at the store I could not order online so the next time I ordered my food was double the price almost and when I received my food, the quality of the food was just as bad as before. It’s not terrible, but just saying every other Pizza Hut I’ve ever eaten at is so much better. It’s almost like they have a shortage of cheese…. This Pizza Hut is not any good in my opinion.

I did not catch the gentleman’s name. But whomever was working the window on the night of 11/20/2024… that man provided the absolute best customer service I’ve experienced from any restaurant in at least 20 years! His courtesy and demeanor are exactly what was once standard as recently as 30 years ago. Correction: he was well above those standards. Excellence!
If Pizza Hut wants a strategic advantage over its competition, it cannot possibly go wrong by promoting this man to a corporate position where he can train managers and other employees to follow his example. Allow him to rewrite the handbook. From now on, I will be driving the extra mileage to order from his restaurant; forget the one that is closer to me here in Collins.

Absolutely the slowest place i have ever been i was picking up a door dash order for a customer and this place is so slow management needs to makes some changes or management needs to be changed and they prepare your food with out gloves on nasty place and slow
