Apparently, even when order is placed on the mobile app, mistakes are still made when I order PAN CRUST, I expect just that…not hand tossed. All you had to do was read the order and make exactly what was ordered. Couldn’t blame misunderstanding me because it was written in black and white on my order. Sorry, but hand tossed isn’t as good as pan…so of course, I’m going to say something about this major mistake on 2 out of 4 of my pizzas ordered. Maybe next time I’ll actually get what I ordered and I can up the stars. But as is, I’m still mad about not getting what I ordered

This pizzahut is SHIT. I waited over 30 minutes for some damn personal pan pizzas. They filled orders taken AFTER ME BEFORE ME. And I’m standing in the damn restaurant waiting, already paid

Service was exceptional, very friendly and helpful staff. The store was spotless and very neat, the restroom was clean. I thought a good manager and a caring group of people work here. My order was ready as promised and was perfect. I was a very satisfied customer and will be returning to this location again. Kudos to great leadership and teamwork!

Hazlehurst Pizza Hut used to be the best around but the last I got there was some of the worst I’ve had — so little sauce I had to ask if they accidentally gave me cheese pizzas, intentionally no sauce, but they claimed the slight tint in a couple of spots on one of the pizzas, was sauce. They did apologize, but the pizzas were dry and terrible. If I ever go back and the pizza is good like it used to be, I’ll update here… But I probably won’t go back. Last thing, these large pizzas were smaller than they used to be (both my wife and I thought so).

Worst pizza hut in America, most of the time they don’t deliver! Absolutely the worst pizza frozen pizza would have been better, it was like they was low, on cheese and put like maybe a quarter cup on large pizza…
The pepperonis on the pizza we’re crunchy like potato chips, the pizza was awful it’s like they cooked it a couple days before and then re-cooked it before we picked it up disgusting go to Walmart and get you a frozen pizza don’t waste your money there.

Hey Pizza Hut I’m giving them three stars because they are an American icon they have been around for a very long time in America so as long as I know and every now and then you go in and you can have the best time of your life and then sometimes you go really is this what we’re putting out today but overall I don’t have it really too many complaints about Pizza Hut so they go to your local Pizza Hut remember how used to be when we were kids in America
