Please support the Peacock! authentic Indian food. One of three restaurants Harrisburg that we are frequent patrons. Opened in 2020. Staff knowledgeable, educate about the dishes, portions are large, flavors are phenomenal. Love the venison, goat, lamb, chicken and Vegitarian dishes, my favorites are their Curry & Chicken Tikka Masala. Their chicken tikka masala reminds me of British tikka masala. Naan bread basket is yummy. Dishes with levels of spiciness. Combinations of tangy, spicy, sour, and savory served with fragrant jasmine rice. Desert yummy too! Lived in Harrisburg 7 years this is first meal we felt satisfied, it’s made with love. The only suggestion for improvement is stop using styrofoam and cut down a bit on the salt. My dog goes bananas when we bring Peacock home. Makes me laugh. He doesn’t stop until we put all the food away. Curbside pickup and ADA accessible.

Typical Indian Fare. I have had better and worse. I ordered the lamb curry, says it’s one of their best dishes. Was just ok. The seating area smelled unpleasant which was not appetizing. The naan breads were nice and fresh. The menu offers a lot of choices. I would be willing to go back to try something else.

We ordered Idly, ghee pongal, vanjaram fish fry and egg kothu parotta. All of the dishes were made very authentic and tasted amazing. The food was served on banana leaf which was a nice touch. Ghee pongal was one of the best we had in recent times. Fish fry had the spices blended very well and tasted great. Even the chutney served with Idly was made with fresh coconuts and tasty. Portions were generous too. If you’re looking for tasty Indian food, try them. You won’t be disappointed.

Good God this is excellent. I’ve ordered only twice but will definitely be back for more. My orders were correct, and timely. The price is fair for what you get. Entree easily lasts two meals for one person. I got medium heat and it was perfect for what I wanted.
Definitely recommend the ghee dosa, the sambar and coconut chutney that come with it are to die for! Talk about authentic south indian flavors! They hit the nail on the head. Took me right back to my time in Kerala.

Excellent Indian food in Harrisburg PA. I ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala and the sauce was thick and creamy while the cheese was just firm enough. It was easy to order off of their website for pickup and I was able to get my food on time. I thought the price was a bit high for the amount of food you get, but I would definitely still recommend it.

Since we were visiting Hershey from New Jersey, my son and I searched for a restaurant to have dinner but weren’t sure exactly where to go. We made a decision to go to Harrisburg to try out Peacock and it was the best decision we could have made! The food was delicious!! The ambiance was comfortable and inviting and the staff were kind attentive and pleasant. We live in New Jersey but whenever we come to this neck of the woods in the future, we will be sure to visit Peacock as their food is outstanding! We recommend the Mango Lasse, the Tandoori Mixed Grill(it includes lamb, shrimp, chicken & salmon) and their Rice Pudding. Enjoy!!
