I ordered online but after realizing I needed to also pay online I had to call the restaurant and the lady quickly helped me to do that over the phone.
They were extremely busy but quick about getting out the order.
I wish you guys could bring back our salad bar!

Pizza came out fast,was made just like I like it,customer service was awesome,and to the managers Tiffany and Sharon keep up the good work,even to the cooks and the whole crew itself,definitely will be back!10 out of 10 for me!!!Highly Recommended!!!

***PSA…If you’re thinking about trying the Philly cheese steak melt from Pizza Hut in Houston,Ms just save your money!! I got home with my order & had a Vegan Philly,my first one ever After digging through looking for the steak I found a tiny piece they must of dropped by accident This is a third time I’ve given them a try again after a bad experience,I used rewards for free Cinna buns & they were burnt,hard as a rock and uneatable,is that even a word I haven’t reported it yet,like the Cinna buns, because it falls on deaf ears,I never got a replacement instead of a refund like I asked,I HAD to take Cheese or Bread Sticks. We pay good money for foods that we like to eat & we should get EXACTLY what we pay for and how we specify it to be made because they DEPEND on OUR BUSINESS,not the other way around!!!!***

Since the Pizza Hut has moved location, the food is much better and consistent. They have a good crew and customer service. I do have one complaint. I usually place my order within the app which is very convenient and most of the time cheaper. However, the pickup time is usually not correct. The app usually states your order will be ready in 25 minutes but doesn’t consider peak business hours. I would suggest calling in advance to see if your order is ready.

When I called the Pizza Hut Houston MS location in regards to the buffet being available the lady laughed at me when she asked me for my phone number The lady on the phone is disrespectful. I hope she gets fired. You don’t treat your customers like that ever. She better be lucky I don’t spew expletives at this lady (use the word very loosely). Otherwise I’ll get banned from Google.
