My son just loves the Big Box! In it you get 10 wings of your choice flavor bone in or out. Also 2 large pizza & bread sticks. If you get 1 topping pizzas it is $23.00. I purchased Pepperoni & Veggie it was $31.31. The food was delicious. I only have 1 thing to say negative. This is a drive through Pizza Hut & you cannot go in to pick up your pizza. I place my order about 45 minutes earlier & when I got there to pick it up I had to wait another 45 minutes to pick it up. Because there was a long line to the traffic light to pick up pizza at the window. Some people were getting out of line due this. Once a month I go to Pizza Hut. Other than that the staff were very courteous/nice & the food was off the chain! ⛓

The staff at this location on 11/16/25 around 4pm was horrible. I pulled in to the drive through and waited there.. no one came. I drove around to the front and I was like are they even open because the lights weren’t on but there were employees sitting outside smoking. I saw an employee come out and I was like are y’all open, where are the employees? She gave no response. I walk in and there is a woman at the register sitting in the corner on a tablet. She didn’t greet me nor look up from the tablet. She walked over, asked for my name and then went to the back to get the pizza. Customer service is horrible, then my pizza was barely cut. The manager needs to hire a whole new staff.

They made me sit in line for over 40 minutes for a medium pizza and wings. It was supposed to be ready way before then. The line took 20 million years just for cars to leave. They keep sending people away because orders aren’t ready. This place needs to be shut down or completely restaffed.

Won’t go here again. Placed myself order on the app. Told 15-20 mins. When I got to store, door was locked. Lights were out. Drive thru was open. I got in line, I was the 7th car in line. I waited 1 hour to get to the window. I sat there waiting for someone to come. I saw employees walking back and forth talking on cell phones. Finally one of the comes to the window. I give my name, they retrieve my order, and tell me they are out of certain beverages. Not a big deal even though app says they have it. I take my order home. I open the pizza, it is not even warm. I opened the cheese sticks and they are cold and they gave me Ranch instead of Marinara sauce. I’m totally disappointed with the order. There was no one to complain to unless I wanted to wait another hour in the line that was blocking the street. I love pizza hut but this one in Greenville, MS is terrible.

On February 23rd I got the big box and the pizza had wayyyyy to much sauce on it I mean it was all sauce and the toppings ran off the pizza I don’t understand why this pizza hut has staff problems like them being rude or they cant make pizza correctly I ordered my food on February 23rd around noon time to y’all will know who all was making pizza and sucks at it

Ordered on line said dropped off at 8 guy called me at 8:35 to meet him in the lobby went down stairs he dropped it at the front desk and left food was extremely cold and terrible I love Pizza Hut but will not eat at the one in Greenville again

The quality of the food here has really improved. I tried the Philly Steak melt. It is pretty impressive and did not appear to be a menu item from a pizza restaurant. It had an individualized taste and did not taste as if I was eating pizza or anything related to it. The melt alone was more than enough for one person. The pizza and wings were great. I do feel the price of the 6 wings was a bit too much, but could not resist my daughter wanting them. The pizza was well put together, had enough meat on it, and tasted good. Food was very fresh and hot.

Ordered for delivery and was told be about 45 minutes, 1 hour and 10 minutes went by so called back and was told it’s on its way, 1 4 minutes past and I called back and was told it’s on its way, I’m only 1 mile from them so waited 1 hour and 55 minutes I called back and got the call center and was told that there was no order in system so call back and was told they just left with it, I said I was told that before so the guy said well we made you a fresh one because yours was hard as a rock. So 2 hours and 40 minutes they show up and said here is your pizza. I told him I didn’t want it after waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes and was told by the manager that I had to pay for it, no discounts or free for waiting . Very Bad management. Just lost a customer.
