I pulled up at 11:10 on a Thursday, with the posted hours showing open till midnight, fully expecting to get food. The lady working inside had locked the door and was lackadaisically cleaning told me they were closed. The sign still showed open. I was about to order 120$ worth of pizza. Had to go to dominos instead. At least they are always open late and never pull stuff like this.

This is a great place to come out and enjoy delicious food and friendly and professional staff. I especially enjoyed the service of the evening manager who has always been a str if I’ve ever seen one. She has gone above and beyond the call of service to ensure that there were no errors with my orders , and even when they are lightly staffed in the evening they still manage to get it done . I give her a 10/10 as well as the establishments cleanliness

Cheese on the pizza was burnt. Meat lover’s pizza was undercooked. Ordered grated cheese and it was placed in the box with my cheese sticks (supposed to be in a cool place) which were also burnt. Won’t be going back to this Pizza Hut.

So this is the best pizza hut location in the state of Tennessee! The staff is friendly, especially Phillip (the manager) who always has a positive attitude and always makes sure your order is perfect!!! Great location, great service, and definitely the BEST manager in Memphis, Phillip!!!!!!!

My go to pizza hut honestly, I don’t even live close to this pizza hut but I am willing to drive to pick it up cause they always get my order correct, it’s alway fresh and they’re always polite. Even if they’ve messed up once or twice (we all do) they are willing to fix it!

Do away with the smoke and mirrors! Begin with letting customers know on your website that Pizza Hut does not deliver. A Delivery service does. The counter, after you order is a waste of time for your customers and you. Yes it shows that you received the order, and it shows when it supposedly was being prepared, but it also shows that an order has been delivered 10-20 minutes before it actually makes it to my door. The Supervisor on duty tried to blame Door Dash for the wait, but in the same breath she stated that when it shows delivered is when the driver takes possession of the order.
I placed my order approx 1-2 pm on a weekday. It takes 15 min. to cook a pie. I am 2 minutes from my delivery (Pizza Hut) location. It was 50 minutes to get my order.
Am I happy? Not.

I ordered online my meal was supposed to be ready at 9:30pm. I stood in the lobby 15 minutes ring the bell twice no one showed up to check the lobby… Finally when I get my order the young lady set my order and receipt on the counter and walk away. I asked for my pizza to be cut into squares and it was cut into triangles… Worse service I have ever received at this location…

Ordered online at 4:52 pm, delivery time was supposed to be 5:17pm.
At 5:22 pm notice came up Lets eat pizza delivered but PIZZA HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED!
Called they said it was mistake driver just left would be here in 5 minutes.
PIZZA finally delivered at 5:35 pm.
Driver gave no explanation, opened pizza put on plate and pizza looked dried out and cold.
I grew up loving pizza hut but WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
Will go back to to Marco’s PIZZA, they have always been on TIME AND PIZZA IS PIPING HOT!
