My order went from being delivered in 20-30 minutes to 30-60 minutes. I received a text at 5:53 pm saying my order was on the way. My order did not arrive until 6:45 pm I have my cameras as proof. On top of that the food was handled very poorly. The pizzas was smashed, the bread and cheese sticks were smashed and the pastas had leaked out in the box. I felt disrespected and unappreciated like I shouldn’t have ordered from Pizza Hut. If I wanted a cold pizza I would have went to the grocery store and bought frozen pizza and left out for hours then ate. Please don’t bother about having the manager call me back either because all I get is an apology and broken promises to either refund my points or refund me. This happens every single time. I remember one time I never got my order but still charged. I spoke with the store manager who stated they would return my 300 points back to my profile that never happened. I am done with this pizza restaurant that treats me like I am begging for food when I actually paying for food that I want to be high quality

Went in to grab my good and the lady at the register is just amazing! She was so nice to myself and another customer. She kept the conversation fun while I waited a minute or two for my pizza. She had also helped my 16 year old son another time when he was leaving a tip. I will always go there for that experience. She needs a raise. The whole crew does because my food is always hot and good.

Order never came. They don’t answer the phone. If you close at 12am, 10pm is a reasonable time to be able to deliver order that was placed & after giving confirmation.

I’d do zero stars if possible. I’ve ordered from here twice now, thinking the first time was a fluke. I put in the order online, was told it would take an hour. I showed up right when the app said to (the app also said my order was ready) and stood in the lobby for 20 minutes before someone came up front to greet me.
