Ordered two big new Yorker pizzas for the super bowl. They were Luke warm after the lady telling us that they were still cooking. They were hard and had very little sauce or cheese. This was the worst pizzas we ever have ordered. The worker was also short with us and other people who were ordering. Working in food service/customer service no matter how busy you are take time to make it right!!

Ordered delivery, turns out they use a third party. The driver didn’t bother to use a pizza bag so it wasn’t hot on arrival. The food is ok for mass produced commissary stuff. Most small business pizza joints are much better but don’t offer delivery in our area. Businesses should REQUIRE drivers to use an insulated bag or container to deliver hot food.

Ordered the double order of cheese sticks deal from the app. It was stated to be 20 sticks. Opened the box when I got home and found only 14 sticks. Don’t believe the deals on the app if your ordering from this location.

I was told on the phone before driving 30 min. Special was 3 toppings for $11. change.
I asked before ordering if they were in Jonesborough, Tn. He said yes.
He gave me a totol of $16. and change. I asked why there was an additional $5. when tax was only $1.20. Hr said the manager needed to fix the prices. I said I’m assuming that will be taken care of when I pick it up. She didn’t and said they received their orders from a call center. I wasn’t given the truth at all and I didn’t get the pizza

I’m giving more stars than are deserved from our last order because we have always had excellent pizza from here. But the pizza last week was actually so bad we tossed it rather than eating it. It was pepperoni, pork, and onion but was completely without flavor. I wrote in to tell them about it via the feedback option and got a three-line apology from the ownership saying they don’t mean to serve bad pizza. No acknowledgement at all of our stated concerns regarding the quality of that pizza. I think they should have tried AI for their response, because even a chatbot would have written a more appropriate letter. I don’t think we’ll be back to gamble on another meal when we can go elsewhere in town.

Ordered food at 830. It didn’t arrive till 10. Was sitting in the warmer the whole time. Came soggy and stale. I called and asked where the order was. And was told they don’t have drivers and they were waiting for door dash. Pizza and breadsticks came disgusting

Food was really good. I showed up when I was supposed to pick it up. Had to wait for 20 minutes longer and then had to remove the desert because I didn’t want to wait another 10min. And they actually acted like it was my fault. I have been going here for years. This is the first let down.

Someone couldn’t even be bothered to cover the wings in sauce or give ranch for them. $8.99 for this? Never again, there’s far better wing places for not much more. $42 wasted on this Halloween bummer!
