I had a negative experience here last month. However the manager is amazing and reached out to me, I missed his calll but he left a detailed voice message apologizing and making it right. I could tell he cares about his job and customers! He’s the real deal, John is his name. Went in lastnight and Brandon helped me,after a 2 hr long attempt to order pizza online. I was so aggravated but he too truly cared about his job, making things right for the customer and did just that. I appreciate you both, y’all are awesome the food was amazing and just a perfect experience! Thank you to you both! Highly recommend pizza hut in Gray specifically!

I’m not a fan of chain restaurants. This pizza hut on bobby hicks hwy changed my mind tonight. I AM a fan of good food. The guys and gals here are outstanding. Excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating. I made an online order and picked it up exactly when it was due. The instructions on my order were a little complicated and they pulled it off perfectly. Couldn’t have been a better experience. I’m definitely coming back. I had to indulge in a piece before I left the parking lot.

My boyfriend & I ordered a super supreme pizza, omg it was SUPER AMAZING. The crew working was also super & definitely need to be recognized so Mack, John, Damon & Chandra thank you all so much for making our pizza hut experience super fabulous. I sure hope management knows these employees go above and beyond customer service.

Paid $50 dollars for some barely there, burnt and soggy toppings on our pizzas and some dried out cheese sticks. Called to complain and let them know and spoke with a guy who couldn’t care less. Don’t waste your time or money here just saying.

Best Pizza Hut around. Always good and always correct. The ONE time our order wasn’t correct was because of a system error. Great crews as well. Don’t sleep on this Hut!

Paid $50.00 for 2 pizza’s and got the wrong order … you can’t call the store and answering service is worthless… I told them I had been hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered… all they did was…. Without saying a word … was put me back to hold for the store again … this is the LAST time I will ever order from Pizza Hut again
After listening to the to the recording for Well, we are at 45 minutes now… I could’ve definitely gotten a job at Pizza Hut before they answered the phone…. And out of all the jobs that they are hiring for… The one they need is someone to answer the phone… and that was not an option

Worse service ever! I had to call 3+ times to pay for my order and was put on hold for 15+ mins! Never got my food! & also make sure when you talk about customer, their family don’t own a Pizza Hut! Thanks girl!

Do not bother coming inside if there’s a line of cars in the drive through window because the workers inside won’t even acknowledge you standing there for 10 minutes.
