The only reason I’m giving any stars is due to the propt professionalism shown by Anthony when I went in person to close the 4 day long issue.
The food was inedible and cold, the only available phone number is a near incoherent call center that can only place online orders for you, and the text based corporate contact us “customer service” is unprofessional, unhelpful, and will NOT read what you type.
Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza, and while my party was overjoyed to hear delivery was again available to our place…. Well the party left to get gas station food, I don’t think more needs be said.

So I order pizza at 10 pm and I didn’t get it delivered it said arrived at 11 something but it never did. So I called them and was really polite and asked about what I could do because I never got my pizza and they said they could remake it and get it sent back out so I said yeah that will work so another hour goes by and it shows up i sat down to eat it and I open the box it was absolutely mangled like what in the hell is this see picture below. But also I spent a lot of money on that food just not to get a single bite this is absolutely unacceptable service won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again unless I get a refund or something else

I placed an order online for my kids and sent my son inside to pick it up. After waiting inside for about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging him, I went in to see what was going on. He told me no one had greeted him, and he was still waiting.
While we were standing there, I noticed an older white gentleman behind the counter making food without gloves, eating over the food he was preparing, and then licking his thumb and continuing to work. I was shocked.
Eventually, a different employee (possibly the manager) came to the front and informed us they were out of dough and couldn’t update the online system to reflect that. He said the previous manager didn’t prepare them for the rest of the day and they wouldn’t have dough for another two hours.
I told him about the unsanitary behavior I witnessed, and he simply told the other man to wash his hands. He also mentioned that he doesn’t normally work at that location and was called in without much support. It’s unacceptable to run out of dough on the busiest day of the week ($2 pizza day), and even worse to witness someone licking their fingers while handling food. I had to cancel my order and leave empty-handed with hungry kids.
I won’t be returning to this location as this isn’t the first negative incident at this location

I haven’t been getting Pizza Hut much over the years but I decided to get it for my family and I yesterday and everything was SO good and SO well made that I had to come on here and give it a shout! Let me tell you.. not only was the food optimized with so much flavor, the service was genuine and thorough and I have to thank Anthony Lumpkin and his team for ensuring us having a great experience! I really appreciate you man and I will 100% only be ordering from whatever store he is at!! This food was FIRE!!!

This place needs a makeover. Went in one week sat down waited 45 min for nothing, they forgot to out my order in. Had to go to work hungry. Gave them another chance the following week, believe it or not the same thing. It was a night off so I waited anyway finally it came out. It was good but the service was lackluster. In the back everything seemed chaotic wit a lack of communication. My total time there was 2 hours just for pizza and cheese garlic bread which by the way came out with no cheese. Go figure. The sad thing is is that I love pizza hut and always have since I was a kid I hate to see them go under. That building on signal Mountain road is in awful condition with moldy ceilings. Probably not safe for anyone. The upper management needs to get their act toghter before that place is run in the ground. Good luck pizza hut . Oh yea bring your umbrella if you eat inside if its raining because their ceiling leaks.

On my last order they sent us the wrong pizza and 2 liters. We called and were told we had a credit. After calling multiple times and waiting on hold for 45 minutes to try to use that credit, no one answered. I can’t remember the last time I felt this frustrated trying to order food.

Don’t bother!
Pizza was very thin so thin you could see through it! We ordered extra cheese and extra mushroom it was very obvious we didn’t get it I don’t think I’ve ever had a pizza so thin almost no toppings at ALL! store bought pizza is better!
