I wish I could give it zero stars. All I wanted to do was speak to the manager, but they never showed. I have a simple request, to ask that they add our road name to their delivery route (new road) but they won’t. This makes the 3rd attempt I have made. This time my food was incorrect, and I was snubbed. If I am going to have to drive to get pizza anyhow, I might as well get good pizza. (update)
I must have forgotten how bad this was. I ordered from them again…My mistake. I will NEVER do it again.
I have heard they are going to close this restaurant. I sure hope they do. Worst customer service and worst pizza I have ever eaten. The “manager” just tried to explain that they didn’t proof the dough enough and that my pizza isn’t wrong. So either they are sending out dough that hasn’t rested long enough or they made a mistake. Either way he deiced that it was my fault.
I can’t wait till they go out of business.

Very nice pizza at one time it was one of the only real family restaurant in Soddy Daisy, it is still one of the best place in town to take a family of all ages.

My wife and I dined in tonight. Only one other table of 2. Got salad bar and ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. Was almost done with salad before wife went to get our drinks. After the sever finally brought drinks we got the chance to order. Waited a long time for food. Ran out of drinks. Did not get checked on. Horrible service. Food was good.

I love this pizza more than any other place’s pizza, but there is always something wrong with my order. I always do delivery and I am always either getting the wrong sauce or never getting my crust flavoring. I have lived here for 3 years and every single order has had something wrong with it. They even have a book for all of the wrong orders reported to them that need to be fixed with the customer.

Went here back on New Years Eve in 2019 for my grandparent’s 36th wedding anniversary as we were trying to recreate their first date that was at Pizza Hut with my mom there, and we were in town visiting. We ordered food and waited for an hour and a half. Kept getting told, “Fifteen more minutes, It’s in the oven” as people who got their after us received their food and many to-go orders got picked up as we sat their for an hour and a half getting told the same thing, and all we ordered were two medium pizzas. Was very unhappy with their service, and very disappointed as the occasion we were trying to celebrate with us in town comes only once in a blue moon.

We ordered 2 pizzas on Thursday and it never arrived. The bank took the money so we called and asked for refund. They said we would have to come in the store and show proof that we had actually ordered the pizza. My husband was there for over 2 hours and when he finally got the pizza and got it home it was worse than cheap frozen pizzas. The crust was hard, the toppings were skimpy and it was cold. I will never order from them again. Every time we do we have some kind of issue.

I really do not like leaving negative reviews but I feel I need to on this particular case. Eveyone makes mistakes and I get that. However, we picked up 2 pizzas for carry out on 07/22 and they were slighty wrong. Again, folks make mistakes. They did offer up a $10 off my next purchase which was a first. I called and tried to use it today (07/26) and as it turns out there is no credit for my next order to be found. I only visit there about every 2-3 month. Its unfortunate but my previous order in early June was an entire wrong pizza. Maybe I will check back in a few months but there are too many options for Pizza.

The only good thing to say is the pizza was hot. I watched it come out of the oven 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Waited with quite a few people in the same situation. One lady waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru, then came in to find only three of the four pizzas she ordered were ready…20 minutes after she left, the 4th pizza was made. Tried this place twice….never again.

Set forever waiting..watched my pizza be put in a box for carry out then when they realized it they put it back in pan( and they reused the box for someone else order after that). it set for quit some time.. before they brought it out.it was cold! They was only 3 tables with people at them so was not a full house.to make things worse we never was asked if we needed more to drink.just if we wanted boxes.watched the girl fixing pizza( no gloves or hair net on,but hair was in loose pony tail) run her finger threw her hair that was falling and tuck it behind her ear,and continue fixing some one pizza..

A month ago, my order had some complications. Brandy, the manager, went above and beyond to keep us as a satisfied customer. By far, in our opinion, the Pizza Hut in Soddy Daisy has the best pizza anywhere around our area. Brandy, Thank you for working so hard for our community.
