Heart and Flavor at 7th Avenue Cafe’s Grand Opening

This place has heart. You can feel it the moment you walk in. The whole family is involved, and you can tell that the craft of service and good food is being passed down and celebrated through the generations.

I ordered the Cubano and a chai latte, and both were outstanding. The Cubano with roasted pork, ham, grain mustard, Swiss cheese, and pickles on toasted garlic bread, was so excellent that I forgot to take a picture until my plate was half empty. Perfectly balanced flavors, crisp bread, and just the right amount of tang from the mustard and pickles.

We also tried the candied grapes rolled in seasonings, and they were a fun surprise. The watermelon flavor was my favorite. It was bright, juicy, and easily the best version of these I’ve ever tasted.

This spot isn’t just serving food; it’s serving up passion, family, and flavor. I can’t wait to go back.
