We placed an order online and arrived at the store to pick it up, but the place looked completely empty—no employees anywhere. We stood there for about 10 minutes, called the store phone, and no one answered. Another customer showed up, and still no one came out. We were genuinely concerned that whoever was working might be hurt, so we went to the back to check.
An employee was sitting at a desk and appeared clearly under the influence of something. He eventually got up and asked for our order names—none of the food had even been made.
Now I’m out $40 and wasted time. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this store at all costs.

We reached out almost a week ago as requested and have not received any reply. We still have not been refunded for the food we never received. It appears responses are being made publicly, but our direct communication has gone unanswered.

I am surprised at the average review score. My experience is this is one of the best Huts ever. I am a former Hut manager and have eaten at dozens of the stores. My orders are always correct and the product is made to specifications (although I can make better). The staff is friendly and caring. Whomever manages this store deserves a huge thanks.

If you are closed then you need to put it on website or let the public know in some other way. Or get more reliable employees that show up to work when there is less than 1/4 inch of snow that literally melted hours ago.

The personal pan pizza with boneless wings were decent not great…..but the cold breadsticks were terrible.
$6.99 for breadsticks that were so hard, either overbaked or reheated from day before and cold when we picked them up. Unable to eat so in the trash they went. No way will we be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I want to say that Michael goes above and beyond to make sure we were happy due to the prior 2 times we’ve ordered the call center messed the order up. We also had an issue with the door dash driver today on the order and he worked hard to fix the situation. I would prefer to actually leave door dash out of any part of my orders. What happened to actual Pizza Hut delivery drivers? I want to make sure that Michael knows I’m very thankful for his hard work

It’s better to order online in my opinion so that way you skip the wait. Often enough with this pizza hut being so good with their stuff they seem to be busy a lot. But overall the stuff I ordered was good. The wings weren’t fully sauced but otherwise fine, I guess this was from them being so busy it’s difficult to keep up with so many orders.

I paid 71 dollars for this 2 wings and breadstixks and pan pizza and I got chicken tenders with “dry Rub” and one actual wing.. bread sticks with a large pan which is obviously NOT pan won’t order anything from pizza hut on hixson pike hixson tn. This is unexceptable and just robbery!!!wouldn’t even give a star if it was an option. We only ate 1 pc of the pizza for dinner 71 dollars keep your money people go to Domino’s better quality better price..

I ordered delivery, spent $34+tip, and our order was wrong. I told the delivery guy there was no marinara and he just threw up his hands and said, “I didn’t make it.” No I’m sorry, nothing. Then, I look and see our bread sticks were plain! Nothing on them at all. Why box it if it’s not ready?! The whole reason I ordered was mainly for the bread sticks. Pizza was good. Cinnamon sticks were a bit done. I tried calling and nobody answered the phone. Would love to be refunded for the bread sticks. Awful.
