Only giving two stars because I have been going to this location for many years, and it has only recently gotten bad. That said, my delivery time was supposed to be 35-45 minutes and I am now over 100 minutes. Still sitting here waiting. When I ordered from them two weeks ago it took a very long time and they apologized and said it was just a staffing issue. Tonight shows it is just a service issue.

Editing this review. Tried using them again. Pizza was over an hour late, was 73 bucks with a “deal” and the food was awful. Do not order from here. The bread sticks and cheese bread look like old dough that didn’t rise. The pizza was poorly made, cut wrong, and under baked. Just awful.

Save your money. They screw up your order and sub their delivery to outside vendors like doordash etc., so conveniently they don’t take responsibility. Good luck calling, you end up on hold for 15 minutes and they just want to deliver your missing items another hour later. There is a reason their reviews are significantly lower than most pizza places. What did get delivered was good, but pretty cold too.

I haven’t got food from Pizza Hut for a long time. My food is usually not good. But I keep hoping to get a decent melt. I’ve had some good ones. This will probably be my last time ever getting food from them again. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a melt like this. I couldn’t even eat it.

Last week I tried order the Tuesday personal pan pizza special and they told me that they had sold out. I could order the exact same thing and pay full price, but they couldn’t sell anymore at the sale price. I just let it slide and decided to try again this Tuesday. The order was placed and paid for online and when we went to pick them up we were told that their oven went out. They think I should get my refund in about 3 to 5 days . And while I generally appreciate honesty, it was probably over sharing on the part of the employee who said that they had to close the day before because a mouse infestation from the Home Depot next door had spread to their building and they had to remove and put back their equipment. Not planning on going back here

Food was great. Staff was friendly, in a sarcastic kind of way. Initially, my email said the order was ready. I got there and a staff member said it’d be 4 more minutes. After 4min, I go in and wait another 12 minutes, I was then told it would be 3 more minutes. I had to leave and then go back to the store to get my order. I was given a free cookie, but we dont eat sweets like that. I go here a lot and I’m disappointed in the service.

To Start off, I will NEVER be returning to this location EVER again. The first thing that went wrong was the fact that i left my coupon at home so they wouldn’t give me my discount, this is understandable I don”t have proof of the coupon so they didn’t honor it. Oh and by the way im literally 5 minutes away from the store but they wont deliver to my house because I’m literally right outside of their “delivery range”…. Really? 5 minutes away? come on…….BUT anyway, when I got my pizza it was wrong. I ordered a ham, bacon, and pineapple on white sauce, when I received it they put pepperoni instead of ham. The manager had it remade. I waited another 20 minutes and they brought my pizza out……AGAIN pepperoni instead of ham…..how do you mess it up 2 times in a row?? The manager then said well i can make you another one and just give you both. I was not about to stand there and wait another 20 minutes so i said no and i took the pizza, as I was walking out the door he said “yeah I figured you didn’t want to wait anyway.” Really? I didn’t order salt with my pizza…so i get home open the box and go to pull a slice off and THE PIZZA WASN’T EVEN CUT!!!!! so i had to cut it myself…..then I ate the pizza…..do you know how bad pineapple and pepperoni tastes together? It’s TERRIBLE. Not to mention there was hardly any pineapple or bacon, it was mostly pepperoni on it. NEVER go to this location.

This was a cluster…
Another example of a business struggling to get enough staff. When I arrived there were 7 people in line for the counter and no one was even trying to help. The staff were in back either making the food or preparing some to go out on delivery. Eventually one of the drivers tried to help the 1st person in line until she discovered that it was not a person picking up an order but instead a person returning their order for not being made properly. This started a chain of events that included my order being mistakenly taken by that delivery driver. Once this was discovered the staff started to remake my order. They only made part of the ticket. After the pizzas were done they forgot to make the wings that were part of the order. This only happens when the managers are doing the work rather than supervising the work of others. Like I said, there was apparently not enough staff to make the food and deal with the customers at the same time. There appeared to be more than enough business to support paying a decent wage and attracting employees but I believe the current corporate structure is built to pay the least amount possible and the above is the result. Customers are the ones paying the price, management can’t be happy, and yet this unfortunately will continue. I say all of this as a restaurant owner who learned that it is important for everyone to pay staff enough for them to want to be there and want the business to succeed.

I placed a large order with not a ton of notice and my order was ready on time. The person working at the pickup counter was very friendly and helpful. She package everything up for me so it was easier to carry and so it would stay warm. Everything I ordered was fresh and tasted great.
