This location sucks. If you’re not getting moldy tea l, non carbonated soft drinks or old food, the line is wrapped around the parking lot and you’re waiting 30 mins for a biscuit at 8am. Pay your works a little more and you’ll be able to get some intelligent workers that can run the place

Workers can’t comprehend basic ordering. Asked for food fresh because everytime I go… the egg is nasty and old. The worker says “everything is fresh”. I only know this cause I used to work at bojangles and I know what old food looks like. They have it sitting under a heat lamp for hours and serve it to the customers. Yuck! Also they have advanced technology for the drive thru orders… how do you forget what to put in a bag when the order is sitting right in front of you.

When I went there today nov 30 2025. I saw that the drive-through was backed up. Plus my truck wouldn’t fit. So I went inside and when I got in there it was backed up at the register. It took the guy in front of me 30 mins before he got to order and when I got there the guy walked off and I had to wait around 15-20 minutes just to have my order taken. Then it took me around another 30 minutes to get my food. By this time I was kinda mad and just walked out with my food because I had to make my own drinks after all of that. So when I got home my order was wrong. I asked for the new steak smothered biscuit and when I got home all that was on my biscuit was a piece of steak and cheese. Now I can see why they closed the one down in downtown Dawsonville probably because of reasons like this service absolutely sucks. Maybe not everybody there but the people that work this morning need to get their damn act together.

Went in today on January 27th and ordered a 5 piece chicken supreme tender meal, and what I got was a pathetic excuse for what I had ordered. When I got parked and opened it, I found they had given me 5 measly, barely Nugget-sized pieces of chicken that certainly weren’t tenders and, upon further inspection, were not even Supremes but normal chicken. Furthermore, they did not even provide the included biscuit. This was an absolute insult and scam for what I paid. Do better.

Second review im writing for this place because it continues to blow my mind how bad the service here continues to be. We’ve practically given up trying to come for dinner because any time we do it’s a big question if our orders going to be correct and most of the times things we order are forgotten. Wait times are never short. Almost every time we go at night there’s never a line yet tonight is the second time we’ve sat waiting for at least 30 minutes. We had already sat at the window for nearly 10 minutes before we were finally informed they were just now dropping the tenders because the prepared ones had sat too long. Last time it was 45 minutes for fries after informing us they dropped our fries on the ground and needed to make new “fresh” fries yet what we got were ice cold and soggy (we waited over 20 minutes after they told us FOR said “fresh fries”) . We love bojangles food so we keep trying to give this store a chance but it just continues to keep disappointing.

I went through the drive thru at this bojangles to get a Cajun fillet biscuit meal with bo rounds and a sweet tea with a large fry (mind you, no line, plenty of visible staff on shift) i look in the bag that they just gave me, there was no pouch for the bo round, just simply throw in there. my large fry was also missing, no big deal i went inside and got it fixed, come back out to the car to find out they gave us a Dr Pepper instead of a sweet tea, and the Cajun fillet biscuit (that was wrapped in a Cajun fillet biscuit wrapper) was just a regular fried chicken biscuit. that’s just pure laziness, they FOR SURE earned that grade of 82 from the health department! 2 more points lower and that place gets shut down!

I am getting increasingly upset with the quality of food and the correct food portion sizes. I’m also upset with the fact that, for some unknown reason, receipts are not being given to (my daughter and I at least) the customers. I have received several burnt biscuits which have done nothing but upset me because they are no longer the Bos biscuits that were even three years ago. The biscuits, being burnt, not only taste burnt but are also no longer fluffy and wonderful to taste like home cooked biscuits that grandmother’s make from scratch. The fries that were paid for today were supposed to be a large that we paid for but we were given a medium instead. I am extremely dissatisfied and put out by the food that we both bought and were given!! If my daughter didn’t love the chicken from Bos I would forever not go back at this point in time. It seems as though every time that we go to the store that everything is horrid and dissatisfactory. I am hoping that things improve but they seem to continue to get worse. The biscuits above is a Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuit.

This is the Bojangles off 400 near Dawsonville. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone even took our order and nobody seemed to really care whether we got waited on or not. The service was terrible but the food was great! Poor Management!
