We live in White Bluff and while we do have a few restaurants, it had been a couple of years since we had had Pizza Hut. On our way back from a birthday party in Spring Hill we decided to grab a carry out order to take home. It was a bundle, 2 topping stuffed crust and two 8 piece boneless wings. Well, we wanted light sauce on the pizza and of course you expect your wings/boneless wings to be tossed in whatever sauce you request. They didn’t go light on the sauce on the pizza. When we opened our boneless wings, it looked like they squirted a TINY bit of sauce in the bottom of the container, threw the wings on top and possibly squirted a bit more sauce around. It was a joke! We live 15 miles from the restaurant so it’s not worth my time to turn around but we won’t be going back again. See my pictures and you’ll see the boneless wings.

I usually don’t dive into reviews, but I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut these last 2 times just to be let down. I marked the first order as maybe it was a busy night and that’s why my pizza was poorly created. Tonight we ordered a the value meal and our pizzas were both poorly made. On top of not getting our extra set of cinnamon sticks that we paid for, the manager wanted to argue about it with us after we called to see about what was going on. No sauces were with the pizza like usual and all together it was terrible. Sorry Pizza Hut, but I think I’ve had better luck from store bought pizza.

I was very excited about getting my pizza until I got home with it. I purchased a large 5 topping pizza. I opened the box and it looked pitiful. I was a homemade pizza chef for a few years, worked for Godfathers for 3 years and Domino’s as well. I had 12 tiny slices of mushrooms and on a few other pieces that was nothing at all except 1 tiny piece of mushroom. I would have been embarrassed to let something go out my door. I drove 20 mins back to the store and took it back. The manager on duty didn’t see anything wrong with it and never even apologized until I was walking out the door. She wanted to make it again but I feel like you should make it right the first time. The sad part is that she didn’t seem to take any pride in your product because if someone does they care about quality and customer service which didn’t seem to be a concern of the manager. I’ve been in management for over 30 years and I would have having a talk with my employees if that’s what they were letting go out my door. I will NOT be back to that location and if the rest of your locations put out that kind of product I won’t go to those either. Keep in mind that your product represents who you are and what you stand for. I took pictures of it and will make sure the people in Fairview know what they will get if they visit this store.

Came in Tuesday afternoon 11/25/2025. Everyone was super nice and welcomed us to Pizza Hut. Food was hot and delicious. Great visit.

Ordered well before closing! Estimated delivery before closing! All of a sudden it was rerouted to DoorDash! The driver drove 40 mins to the location for them to be closed!!! Unbelievable! If I could give zero stars I would. Will be calling first thing. *I have all the pictures/emails for proof as well*

Hire more help! Last 2 times I’ve been to this location it has been so short staffed. Went today eith the intentions of dining in. Was asked to order on the app as the lady was working alone and didn’t have time to take our order. She was there all by herself trying to take orders, make pizzas, answer the phone, everything. Same thing happened the last time we visited on a Sunday. Probably won’t be coming back to this location again unless the management changes.

We moved to Fairview about 2 years ago. We steered away from this Pizza Hut because of negative reviews. Our first experience was this year for our youngest son’s basketball team. Food was great. We have ordered regularly since then. I use the app and have used delivery and carry out many times. Each experience has been great. Our order has been correct, fresh, and fast. Thursday evening I ordered delivery. Our driver arrived and said our cheese bread took a tumble to the ground. No big deal, it happens and we had plenty of pizza. He insisted he would be back with another order. He did just that. We are lucky to have such great service each time.

Customer service has never been an issue. However the food is never prepared the way it is supposed to be. The picture of the pizza is supposed to be extra BBQ sauce. I will let you be the judge. Always an issue everytime we order from this location.
