We have been very happy with the Pizza Hut in Robertsdale. The order is always fresh, hot and correct. They really impressed me the night of the Iron Bowl. I ordered online and it told me ready in 14 minutes. I really thought it would be at least an hour. I drove up and the drive thru had no more room and the parking lot was full. I thought I would have a wait, but that team was working like a well oiled machine. There were 3 door dash people in front of me, plus pizza hut del team’s loading up pizzas. Everyone was waited on and out the door in less than 10 min. I hope management shows their appreciation for these hard working individuals. An added bonus, there health score was 99!

I ordered two pizzas (Pepperoni and Sausage) and when I got home, both pizzas were missing marinara sauce—even though my receipt clearly showed the order was correct. I called the store and they admitted the mistake and told me they would credit my account for two pizzas.
Weeks later (today), I called to redeem the credit, and they confirmed it was on file and that my pizzas (two) would be remade at no charge. After work I drove to the store to pick them up, they suddenly told me it would be $32 at first then she realized that I had a credit. She then went on to say your total will be $17. After explaining everything again, the manager walked up and said she could only give me one pizza, not two the manager then went on to say I “must have talked to a delivery driver who didn’t know what he was talking about,” which was extremely unprofessional. After all said and done she told me I would need to talk to the day manager tomorrow. I told her to keep the pizza I would leave a review on Google and the manager replied with, “Sounds great, have a good night”. I replied you to.
What was supposed to be a simple grab pizza after work and have a mid-week family movie night turned into a complete headache. I wasted time, gas, and got treated like I was the problem—even though the mistake was theirs from the start. Really disappointing experience.

This review is mostly about the customer service. The manager was very polite and was quick to fix an error that happened with my order. The pizza itself was good, and not overly greasy, unlike previous experiences with other pizza I’ve eaten from other fast food places.

If I could give it a minus five stars I would because folks be careful with your dipping marinara sauce because this is what it’s doing when it’s not being put in the containers I was in there for oh 15 20 minutes and this was sitting here the whole time I finally took a picture of it just for folks to see what their marinara sauce is doing. No covers. just sitting there. Lord knows what all is dropped in it, flown in it who knows whatever. I won’t eat anything out of there anymore.

Put an online order in. The app said it would be finished by 11:32 p.m. for a carryout. I arrived at 11:32. No one in sight. I had to yell a few times before someone appeared a few minutes later. It wasn’t busy, no pizzas being made, no nothing. The employee said he could still make my pizzas and it would only take 10 minutes. What’s the point of ordering a pizza beforehand if you’re not going to make it until I arrive? Normally I am very satisfied with this location but I am not happy with this order. I didn’t ask for anything difficult, nor was I rude. I just told him not to worry about it and left.

Ordered carry out the app told me it was ready 20 minutes later. So we drove 15 minutes to pick it up. The cashier immediately got an attitude with us and I tried to de escalate by saying no one’s upset. The app informed us it was ready so we were just picking up. She said idk what our cooks are doing and just kept being rude. We won’t be back. We spend 100$ a week on delivery and carry out and we will never be back. Thanks 17 year old with an attitude. You losing your business money. They will end up firing you? I’m certain I’m not the only customer you’ve been rude and short with
