The server Jamye was attentive and patient. Food came hot and we’ll prepared. It was quiet and clean.
Not many other patrons at the time of our visit. The Service and quiet atmosphere made this enjoyable. The food was Denny’s so the expectation wasn’t too high to begin with but surprisingly it was good.

We were seated quickly. Luckily we were in no rush because we had to wait quite a long while for the food. When it finally arrived, we all thoroughly enjoyed our selections … I enjoyed the American Slam. My mom loved her Belgian Waffle Slam. My son devoured his spicy skillet, to which he added 2 eggs for a dollar more. What made the entire experience especially enjoyable was our wonderful server, Kelly. She was awesome. She’s the reason I’m giving 5 stars instead of 4 (for the long wait).

Very crappy service! The restaurant is nasty. The floors are gross and the tables were sticky! The server gave us our food and than we never seen her after that. Still sitting here waiting for her to give us a refill or give us our check. I’m sorry but I will not come back to this restaurant, and whoever is reading this honestly don’t come here. Crappy service and very nasty restaurant. I suggest going somewhere else!!! Wish I could post pictures of the floors!! Plus on top of that you can hear them in the back cussing up a storm. I’d give zero stars if I could placed an order for pick up only to get out to my car and realize half of my order was missing so went back in was greeted with attitude and had to wait upon getting home food fries were burnt, nachos were stale and was still missing items, will be contacting home office Monday morning it is beyond ridiculous should never have to deal with something like this when getting food. customers were being told that they could be seated but it would be a 30 minute wait before even seeing a waitress. this place is absolutely horrible I will NEVER eat from there again food was horrible.

Worst service. Everything we ordered was either wrong or missing toppings. By the time toppings came out and we were given silverware, everything was cold. Waitress was either outside or playing on her phone and at one point even came over to tell us she forgot about us, and we were her only table! We even had to cancel our appatizer, that we ordered 3 times with 3 different people, first time being with the manager, when we asked for the check.

I left a 2 star review because we got free food due to the SLOW service. This place is a good place to kill an afternoon if you got nothing better to do then watch your hair grow. It took us over 2 hours when it was empty to get in and out. They did have a help wanted sign so that is good for them.

That place really needs a good cleaning. Dirty silverware. I had to use plastic utensils. The floor was covered with food. Container that holds sugar packets was dirty/greasy. Service EXTREMELY slow. Waited 45 minutes for breakfast. It was not crowded. I won’t be back. Can’t recommend.

Waiter was rude as hell. They didn’t have what my daughter wanted to drink n my daughter is special needs he was naming off different things n I said she won’t drink that n he make a special drink n we been waiting for 20 mins for our food n there slow didn’t check on us once I ran out of my drink before our food even got to our table didn’t even ask if we needed anything let alone a refill not a happy camper at all

It was quite. Service was good but the only thing that bothered me was that the coffee wasn’t all that great. Found out later that it was the last cup n I think they just added water. But she did make a fresh pot for us. I like that we can have breakfast at anytime of the day. Waitress was very patient with us.

We went to this place in the evening. They really need to be trained again in terms of customer service. This is my worst customer service experience. We ordered our shakes before our meals and they never arrived even after we finished eating. We got up and went to pay our check and told them to cancel our shakes because it was taking forever, only to receive a look so bad from the cashier. She never even apologized for the World’s Slowest service but, instead just treated us like it was all our fault that we don’t have all the time in the world to wait and eat according to their convienence. Denny’s was my fav place for shakes but after today’s experience, I am done with this food chain.
