Check your orders before leaving, I take full responsibility of not checking mine to get home to just be disappointed because they didn’t give me what I ordered I don’t understand how hard it is to simply read a order ticket and make what u ordered. I had to go to my email to make sure I didn’t mess up and make the wrong order, but nope I did it right and ofcourse way to go Pizza Hut for screwing it up once again. At this point I’m not even ordering anymore I’m just gna call and say just give me what ever yall want at least that way I won’t be mad for not getting what I ordered

Waited at drive-through window for 20 minutes. Finally pull in a parking spot. Go inside for the lady who is working there to get up from the table from where she’s eaten blow and go to the drive-through window walk right past me. After 35 minutes finally get my pizza head back to work sit to eat a slice and this is what I get pretty much just Crust!!!! Ordered extra marinara did not look like they put a drop on the dang pizza!!!! Hands-down, the worst place ever if I wanted to order a crust, I would’ve ordered crust!!!! Very rude, employees, and lazy!!! DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!

Very pleasant and friendly. Most helpful and customer service oriented. Only had one occasion where there was a mix up with my order it was promptly corrected after sincere apologies for the mix up. My go to spot for lunch. Freshest food in town.

ZERO STARS! My fam waited forever tonight for some TRASH pizza. Dough not done and soggy on bottom, hole in crust and cheese not even melted on one of the pizzas. A hot mess! And to pay all that money for some trash I do not appreciate that one bit but we will NOT be spending any more of our money here. Papa John’s will be getting our business from now on and this is not the first incident but it’s def the last and I will be emailing coporate..disguisting

The buffet only had 2 pizzas on it and they said they were not putting anymore out. There was no marinara sauce for breadsticks. We waited 10 minutes to get our drink order and had to ask for silverware. The drink order was wrong. The employees were loud and complaining. It was a horrible experience.
