Haven’t had Pizza Hut since they moved from Ozark. The pizza was good. Got a meat lovers and it had a slight hint of veggie flavor in it for some reason. Overall the pizza was okay. The gentleman who served us was very courteous and polite. Will eventually try their pizza again.

Everytime I order on the phone they screw it up. And when I try to go to the window to place an order they refuse to take a basic simple order, Saying the window is pickbup only and you have to go inside. Which if I wanted to go inside, I obviously would have. There shouldn’t be an issue with placing a quick togo order through the window and parking and coming back to pick up especially during non busy hours. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I truly believe that PH is so underrated for things outside of pizza . I love their wings and the main reason is, they don’t smother them in whatever sauce you order. I love their thin crust pizza as well as the different sides.

My mom is at the Ozark rehabilitation facility recovering from hip surgery, and she wanted a Supreme pan pizza. Pizza Hut is her favorite. It was well worth the 1 hour drive round trip to see her smile.

I don’t know why they’re so cheap and give you two inches of dry crust and hardly any sauce and cheese to cover the pizza. Also 75 cents for a dipping sauce is ridiculous when almost every other pizza place in town will give you one dipping sauce per pizza for free included in the price

I placed a carry-out order about 20 minutes before pickup for a large SUPREME and pepperoni pizza. My order was confirmed over the phone. Once I got home and opened my order, I received a cheese and pepperoni (no big deal). I called and let them know I received the wrong order and was told, “You didn’t order Supreme,” because they rang me up incorrectly for a cheese on my receipt, even though it was confirmed over the phone that I ordered a Supreme and a pepperoni. Then, after back and forth on the phone, I was told by the manager they can refund me for the cheese and ring me up for a Supreme because of the significant price difference, so I agreed. Once I got to the restaurant to pay and pick up my Supreme, I’m told by the manager they aren’t going to charge me for the Supreme. I asked if they were sure—I didn’t mind paying—and he said, “They are telling us not to because it would make us (Pizza Hut) look bad.”
Along with other commentary, very loudly, from kitchen staff to the manager about how they could never be in management because of customers, etc. I am happy with the outcome and getting my order corrected, but very UNHAPPY with the commentary and indirectly being called a liar about what I ordered because of a simple mistake by staff that could have easily been resolved without all the additional UNPROFESSIONAL comments directed towards me for wanting the correct order.
However, the cashier was very kind—5/5 for her.

My wife and i have purchased several different pizzas and other items here since they opened. We are well satisfied with the food and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always polite and helpful and I am glad this Pizza Hut is here.

because of today’s (1/21/25) snow there were 2 people, 1 chef and one cashier and they were utterly wonderful, the cashier was really nice, helpful, understanding, and really hospitable and friendly, and the chef cooked our pizza even though they were about to leave because of the weather and he was really friendly also, i totally recommend, best pizza hut ive ever went to and our order was spot on!!, i will definitely come back, and the atmosphere was on top also, the music was good, and they were playing funny animal videos on the tv which i took interest in, totally recommend!!!! really impressive. thank you so much pizza hut!!!!

I was told pick up my pizza in ten minutes which I did. Waited at the pickup window another five minutes. Got home in and the pizza was cold. It was burnt around the edges and raw in the middle. I won’t order here again. UPDATE: We heated up the pizza in a nice hot oven ( I know pizza, I’m from NY) . It tasted terrible. The peppers and onions were really bitter and the crust tasted like cardboard. Threw everything out.

Although I miss the buffet Pizza Hut use to have we really enjoy going to the Pisa Hut in Enterprise. Service is always pleasant, food is always hot and delicious.
