We had an absolutely awful experience. The manager Stacie was extremely rude, uncommunitive, and seemed incapable of doing her job. We ordered a couple half and half pizzas. They had to get remade because the toppings wasn’t proportional to the halves, for example the sausage pizza also had pepperonis on it. This irritated her. She took the receipt, didn’t say a word to me, and then came and took the pizzas.
The new pizzas were made properly. They cut one pizza into big hunks, and the other pizza was cut improperly and kind of shoved into the box. When we asked the manager while it looked like this, her response was “sometimes it’s hard to cut with the cheese” and walked away. We get home and have to recut the pizza from the awful job the “manager” provided, we also found a hair in one of the pieces.

This store is newly remodeled so decided to give it a try,this was proof just bc it looks nice doent mean it is.First of all the pizza was cardboard,it was also cold.When I walked in the employees were all huddled in the back and not paying attention to the counter,while the remodel was decent everything else about it was depressing, should have put the remodel money into training and better ingredients, take your hard earned money elsewhere!!! The pizza hut we all once knew and loved is gone .

The remodel and bringing back the buffet is splendid. Food was amazing, atmosphere was great, service was OK. We were sat and given drinks but no one ever came back. We emptied our drinks, no refills, and were never given a check. Good thing we are honest and went to the front and told them what we had and paid.

We really enjoyed eating at this pizza hut on our way back from PCB. I’m not sure if it was new or recently remodeled, but it was sparking clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. We ordered the barbecue chicken pizza and it was great! Even the bathrooms were spice and span!

I had a taste for a pizza and decided to give The Hut a try, since I haven’t eaten there lately, and was very disappointed in my pizza, garlic Parmesan chicken and bread sticks was alright but my pizza wasn’t what I expected of it, it tasted as if it just was thrown together and stuck in the oven, ate 2 slices and both pizza are still in my refrigerator as I’m typing this review.Thank you to the young lady who delivered my pizza she was nice,friendly and very professional ☺️☺️

If I could give this a zero star rating I would. Ordered 2 medium pizzas..off of Uber eats. Just for me to cancel the order because apparently it takes two and a half hours just to make a simple order. I’ve never experienced such a bad service before.. also tried calling them 4 times and got placed to a customer service representative that wasn’t even at the store. Never again will I choose Pizza Hut.

The atmosphere of this place is absolutely terrible no one is friendly whatsoever when you go in there is no salad bar at all, and when I opened up my food to check it before I left the dough on the cheese sticks was absolutely terrible, and then when I asked about it the cashier went and got the cook and he hollered at me and said what is wrong with it it’ll take me 10 minutes to make you another one very rudely so I told him I was not worried about it and I would not be back, and then I got to thinking about it driving down the road and I called back in there to asked to speak to a manager and he is the manager on duty the same Cook and he would not let me know when another manager came in he told me he could not give out that information, I will not be back to this Pizza Hut in Dothan alabama.

This is by far the worst dining experience that I have ever had. Ordered on line, dasher only brought part of order. Dasher advised to call store and let them know she was coming back for rest. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO MANGER ALISA. SHE IS BY FAR THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE THAT I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. BASICALLY SAID SHE DIDNT CARE. WELL!! GUESS WHAT I DO AND I BET YOUR COOPERATE OFFICE WILL TO. IF THIS IS HOW ALL YOUR MANGERS ACT, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO STAY IN BUSSINESS LONG. BASED OFF ALL THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS, THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS LOCATION. I PROMISE YOU, I WONT LET THIS GO UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED!!!
