First of all, make sure you let people know when you’re out of things. I placed my order online and added marinara sauce to my order. When I arrived to pick up my order, the guy gave me my total, I asked him about my marinara sauce, and he said they didn’t have anymore. I’m glad I asked because he would have charged me for not having marinara sauce. He said I’ll go ahead and remove it so you won’t be charged. He then asked his manager to put in his code because I didn’t want the marinara sauce. HUH?! Sir, you said you all didn’t have anymore marinara sauce. So he corrected himself. Also, please don’t touch your do-rag and touching your clothes while you cut someone else’s pizza. My pizza was already cooked since I placed mine online. I just had to say a good ‘ole prayer as always when I got home. The pizza looked good and fresh. As I was eating my personal, pan pizza, there was a piece of paper stuck on the back of my pizza, (BIG sigh) . I was DONE after that and just threw the pizza away. I haven’t had PH in years and was craving their pizza. I won’t be back to this location.

Please avoid eating here. While the staff is friendly and accommodating, the sanitation is extremely poor. Despite having plenty of gloves available, they consistently choose not to use them while preparing pizzas. For a brand-new location, this is very concerning. The lack of basic hygiene practices makes the entire experience unpleasant and unacceptable.

The most awful pizza I’ve ever had. No cheese on the pizzas and very little sauce. Dry and overcooked. Even the employee at the drive thru was dry and uninviting. Very disappointing. Frozen pizzas are 100s time better. I promise this place is no longer pizza hut.

I live near Pizza Hut and Little Caesars so my options are limited and Pizza Hut costs more but to me you get what you pay for… This location does pretty good and is consistent so me and the kids are happy with their pizza .

i ordered the $10 tasty maker with 3 toppings pepperoni, sausage and roma tomatoes.. i paid a extra $1.50 for the pan pizza because they’re pan pizza is one of my favorites.. i also ordered the cheese sticks they cooked it a little longer than i wanted.. it was ready in the 15mins it said it was.. they could have cooked the toppings a little longer but overall i’m satisfied.

Regular call ahead and it’s Always Hot, Ready and Perfect when you arrive. Now they come out to your car and you don’t even have to get out. The Manager, John, is a wonderful guy who goes above and beyond to make certain customers are happy {I have witnessed it but had no probs of my own}. My Pizza is ALWAYS extra good when he makes it, himself. Seems like he puts Extra Cheese on every pizza, even though I know it’s probably my imagination! Really don’t have anything bad to say!

This is really hard to rate because the service was actually really good – once we got service. We ordered online, we waited a while and then drove over to the drive-thru. When we got there we realized they had not even started our order. There were a lot of orders on their little machine and we were just happen to be one of them. Now….the person who took care of us was fantastic. She was very sweet and just said it’d be a few minutes and so we waited about 15 minutes 20 minutes for her to get our pizzas for us. But this is not the first time this has happened. I’ve gone there before where I’ve ordered it advanced and when I got there they hadn’t even started the order even though my phone was telling me if it’s ready to be picked up. So although I love their pizza and I did love their service after we got the service. Make sure that if you place an order you might want to call before a hand to make sure it’s ready.
