I placed my order at 6pm and it took until 7:30pm to get ONE MEDIUM PIZZA with EIGHT WINGS. they had NO GARLIC sticks but didn’t inform me until my pizza was already in the oven cooking. and Mr. hungry mcass in front of me was handed four medium pizzas and CINNAMON whatever it is and wings, but he came well after me who had been there an hour waiting in the parking lot. you guys need to rethink your order decision making skills because why was my small order at the bottom of the barrel it was the least expecting order of all of them. be better

So, I heard the wings were great at Pizza Hut, I’ll never know!
First off, someone answered the phone with this exasperated sigh that lasted maybe 10 seconds longer than it should’ve, asked for my number rudely, no “thank you for calling Pizza Hut how may I help you” nothing professional about that one individual. She asked for the address and when I told her I had to repeat myself like 4 times, kinda think maybe sequences of letters and numbers are too much for her mind to comprehend! Normally I’m a very patient person but not tonight! This is by far hand down the worst customer service provided by a pizza joint ever! To the owners of this joint, get better folks to work there that actually care about customers and care about their jobs. Because that person just lost you a customer for life and base on your reviews, I’m not the only one who feels this way!

I went in to pick up my order and not 1 person was wearing gloves to prepare food. They was touching stuff including money and never washed their hands. Gloves was available because I saw them.

I had a fantastic experience at this Pizza Hut location, and I have to commend both the quality of the food and the outstanding customer service. As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed by Anita, who set a positive tone for our visit.
Special recognition goes to Andrew, who prepared my pizza with remarkable attention to detail and professionalism. He was extremely mindful of hygiene, changing his gloves anytime he touched something other than food. Since I ordered a vegetarian pizza, he went above and beyond to make sure no meat accidentally came into contact with it. When he noticed a small piece of meat near the onions, he brought out a fresh bag to use. Andrew also kept washing his hands frequently, especially after touching the computer or handling pizza boxes, which really impressed me.
In recent times, I’ve noticed a decline in service and order accuracy at many fast-food places, but this Pizza Hut stands out. Every detail was right, and the team made me feel valued as a customer. I would highly recommend this location 100% for its excellent customer service and genuine care. There’s a reason this place has a perfect score from the Alabama Department of Public Health!

I used to go here all the time had a brief absence of going great customer service before speedy on your food went in order took 45 minutes for a personal pan they were nobody was in there but me and when I asked about how long it would be in the beginning 15 or 20 minutes but then they couldn’t give me any kind of estimate the Pizza sucked

This was the worse experience I have ever had with this chain restaurant. Jimmy Hills at store number 1845 Wetumpka Alabama on Highway 231. Terrible management skills. Only offered a future credit on their screw up. I purchased an online order that was scheduled for two later. Only to not even receive our order on time. This was for a team event. I was also passed a message from Mr. Jimmy Hills through a team member. My experience with this so-called Store Manager was not professional and he simply showed no concern.

Decided to try Pizza Hut after many years hiatus, reminiscing about how good it was as a child and I was quickly disappointed! The phone app was not working, the employees at the store were not friendly (it was 7pm and they were cleaning the small lobby and washing windows like it was closing time) and stated that any kind of specials would have to be used through the app (which was not working), and 2 medium pizzas with some breadsticks was a grand total of $50 dollars!!! We decided to reduce the order because $50 for such a small amount of food was outrageous. Then when we did receive our breadsticks the amount of marinara sauce (pictured below) was all that came with 5 breadsticks! When we asked for another one we were told that will be $2 for the tiny cup. TLDR: bad customer service, expensive prices for barely any food, combined with a malfunctioning phone app equals we will not be eating at Pizza Hut ever again. Thank goodness we have a dominos and papa John’s in town!

A huge shout out to Devon and Dalton at Pizza Hut in Wetumpka. After I placed my order online, Devon called me to tell me that Apple Pay had charged me incorrectly, fixed the problem over the phone (I had gotten charged too much!) and sent the corrected receipts with Dalton, the delivery driver, who showed up super fast with delicious hot, fresh food. They were both delights and everyone agreed the food was amazing! The customer service was even better.
