Ordered 2 pan pizzas and 32pc chicken at barely 11:30 to be delivered to work, just down the road. Paid over the phone and charged…still sitting here with no food! We’ve checked all around the building, thinking maybe they left it at a door even after being told where to bring it inside…nothing! $60+ and no food! Called the store several times, it rang forever and then someone would pick it up and hang it up with no exclamation as to where out for was! RIDICULOUS! And now everything is closed so we can’t get food.

Ordered on the app, picked up and ate inside. Only took 15 minutes or so. Pizza was well made, though the handmade pan could have been sliced better. The taste was great, and the crust was very nice. The Domino’s here in West Union has really improved since last year. I can definitely see me coming back on a monthly basis.

The inside of the restaurant was clean and smelled delicious, there is plenty of parking. The app offers a lot of coupons too, so make sure to check that out.

I’d definitely rate tonight’s pizza at 4.5/5 but can only do whole numbers.

So I ordered delivery and I don’t bring me my sandwich.Then they bring me a sandwich that does not have mushrooms or Mushroom sauce on.It pizza sauce , which is fine and it ain’t what I ordered , but that’s fine and pepperoni , and I ordered mushrooms and bacon on it

This location has went downhill in the past year. Past orders have seen burnt hoagie buns, bare hoagies with little to no toppings, now barely cooked bun, little to no toppings and no hoagie patty. This is the last time I will go to Domino’s.

The food is rushed, we ordered with double pepperoni and cheese, you couldn’t even tell at all. One to one and a half pepperonis to a slice. Really disappointed, even with the bread bites, no sauce at all bone dry, so we threw it all away.

I want to give them more stars as they are convenient and always quick its just that I’m not impressed with the amount of toppings. You have to pay extra for toppings and they barely put any on. I like the pizza. The employees are very friendly its just that the cost of the pizza is horrible for the size, seems the pizza has shrunk because a large is a joke and I can easily eat that myself and as stated zero toppings. Hopefully they can change however its still an OK choice
