It was my last Pizza Hut try. Seems everytime we go it gets worse. We are in Huntsville, Alabama visiting. This Pizza Hut truly looks like a place ready to give up. The sever was the only good thing here. I think they had 5 employees in the building with only two working. The building inside looks really bad. The tables have absolutely nothing on them to resemble a Pizza Hut or any other restaurant. No fountain drinks or cups of water. It’s buy the bottle or nothing. The pizza crust was very soggy.
I understand no more pepper flakes and cheese for delivery, but not for dine in. We were told corporate made that decision, but the owner can choose otherwise. The no fountain drinks is probably business is so bad the carbonation was going flat.
Pizza hut in general was once a great establishment. Sad it is going away so fast.

John took phenomenal care of my husband and I. I went to pick up a pizza and he checked it before taking my money, and he saw it was unsatisfactory. He insisted on making us a fresh one, and let us have it for having to wait. Fantastic customer service. This will be my permanent pizza spot. 11/10 would recommend.

Just visited this store. They had all the lights off in the dinning are. We asked if the dinning room was open and she replied kinda. Then said ” I guess I can turn on a few lights” We left and are going somewhere else. It’s a shame because the last time I ate there the food was great. I’m leaving so no stars! This interaction explains the empty parking lot at peak eating time.

Horrible customer service it was likely the manager. We brought my son and 5 friends and his demeanor was trash. I asked if we seat our selves he conveyed they had no staff and were short handed the dining room was closed. Understandable but there is a way to politely communicate with “paying customers”. Hindsight I should have taken heed from the negative reviews… never again we will enter this location.

So they close at 11pm, clearly started online. So I figured when I sent an order online at 10:25pm out would have been more than fine but apparently not because they called to tell me that they had already arrived taking ordered for the night and turned off their ovens …. Since when are these places just changing his by the day? I have been in the restaurant industry, until my health has kept me from it, but otherwise my whole life and this is one of my biggest issues with restaurants now. That’s why I’m giving that 1 star, plus I’m stressed while I’m waiting for the money to come back to my card but looks like I’m screwed on dinner now because that money was my dinner money…. ♀️ Thanks guys, thanks so much.

Next time I walk into a Pizza Hut and the manager gets angry “he can’t get anything done” and yells at the girl upfront because she’s worried about a delivery getting cold, because I think she said the driver was Marcus, and hes just out in the parking lot On The Clock mind you chilling in his car… that will be the last time I walk into a Pizza Hut. At least the girl cared.

Lost for words I placed an order at 10:15 and was called back and told that they ovens were turned off 5 minutes before my order when this location doesn’t close until 11pm guy was very rude and hung up in my face Monday night 12/15/2025
